2025 Monacoers’ Gathering
We are excited to announce the 12th Monacoers’ Gathering at the Sun n’ Fun Expo Center in Lakeland, Florida. The Gathering will take place February 18th thru February 23rd 2025. We have plenty of sites reserved. The Gathering is open to all who would like to attend. A preliminary schedule and agenda is shown below, but subject to change.

Cancellation Policy:
- Reservations may be cancelled with no penalty until December 1, 2024.
- Reservations cancelled between 12/2/24 and 1/18/25 *may* forfeit some or all of the $100 event fee.
- Cancellations less than one (1) month prior to the event (after 1/18/25) *may* forfeit the event + meals registration.
- No refunds will be given for no-shows.

Additional Notes:
- Any member who has special dietary requirements (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, etc.) should email scott@monacoers.org after you register. We will work with the caterers to accommodate your needs.
- If you have a name badge (i.e., Monaco Int'l, Monaco Travelers, etc.), please bring it to the Gathering and wear it! If you do not have a name badge, sticky name tags will be available.
