  1. Un plug your micro wave and see if that Pin Breaker on the inverter trips. Could be a bad receptical for the microwave. I recently had a similar problem and ended up replacing receptical and the pin breaker.
  2. Mike, Love all your videos . Have followed you for awhile on the other Monaco site. So glad you are on Bill D' Monacoers. I am very appreciative of all the information you provide. Ready to start on my Air Dryer and hopefully Air bags later.
  3. Yep that is me. I'm on all 4 when I crawl to get off the RV roof. LOL
  4. Will be 81 this year no plans to stop yet. Still do all my own maintenence. Takes longer sometimes but it gets done. Have always tried to keep it ready to go. Travels slowed down a lot during covid but got a lot of my PM completed. Currently in the body shop for hurricane damage repairs but nothing major. Will be on the road again in May.
  5. If the 2 end housings are not damaged try finding just the center section (core) . Replacement can possibly be a DIY. There are several aftermarket shops that sell these.
  6. I use Rotella and Fleetguard same as others on here. I look for Rotella when its on sale at Sams club. Do my own changes yearly. Covid has caused me to extend my regular scheduled oil change. Only have about 2K miles on this oil and 18 months but will be changing very soon.
  7. Gary, Just got mine 3 months ago for ISL400 Cummins part # 3972263. Purchased this from Cummins.dieselengines.parts In Boca Raton,FL 33434. It took about 3 weeks for delivery. Hope this helps.
  8. Not the easyest job but I clean my roof 2xs / year. I'm parked in the open and no trees. Very definetly will need to clean all sides after roof cleaning. James, after cleaning your roof did you use a primer before painting. I need to paint real soon. Waiting for a little cooler weather.
  9. Scotty, Great info many thanks. Don 2006 Monaco Diplomat
  10. Scotty, What is different or better about the Southwire vs ESCO? Looking forward to what Monaco tell Gary. Don
  11. I have an 2006 Dip with ISL 400 same as yours. I changed my serp belt and tensioner . Not really that difficult.. I did have a helper. The Cummins part numbers that Roy gave you are what I installed. My biggest issue was getting the belt. I live in south central Florida and none of the dealers had a belt available in FL and they wanted $33.00 just for shipping. If you want original parts from Cummins check for close by dealers that you can drive to. I did find a Cummins parts distributor in Boca Raton, FL, they orderd the belt for me and shipping was $9.95. Took 3 weeks to get it. cummins.dieselengines.parts
  12. If you have checked your oil line connections and they are ok next step to check into is a rebuild kit to replace seals. Another option that might be available is to buy a core assembly this is the complete center section of the Turbo includes both turbine and compressor wheels. All of this is already assembeled ready to install into existing end housings. The 2 end housings I am sure are ok. Not sure if Cummins/Holset do this any longer but might be worth asking. Check into posibility of aftermarket replacements Cummins will not help you with aftermarket product but they used to sell good reman product. Cost should be less than new OE Product.
  13. Change my Never cold to JC refrigeration 120V 3 years ago. Has worked flawlessly. I did buy thr 3 year extended warranty for $125. Just for added info : This set up only pulls 1 to 2 amps and does not need to be level.
  14. Just changed my serpintine belt on my 2006 Diplomat 400 Cummins. Was not really that difficult especially with 2 people. One person under and one up top . Took us 1hour 15 min. I don't have a seperate belt belt for the AC. Ray is right, Yes, do change the tensioner at the same time. That is the easy part.
  15. I agree. My rear and side cameras are connected to a device very similar to that.
  16. Scotty, Great job really looks professionaly done. I have an 2006 Diplomat similar to yours I don't remember the grab handle ever having a light. Is that wire possibly just part of the harness and offered as an option on other models?
  17. Couldn't agree more. Wishing all a Happy, Safe and Blessed holiday season.
  18. For switch info try Carling Technologies .
  19. Currious, has anyone considered repainting just the roof line and end caps down to clearance lights white. What kind of paint is used on large boats ? Would I end up with the same problem again in time? Would the prep work be the same with a different paint and color. Don T.
  20. I have just completed the visual inspection of the Tensioner . Thanks for the info Jim. Looks good ,belt is centered and clearences look ok. Thanks for all the info. Actually the belt does not look bad no cracks stringer on sides but it is original and 47,000 miles. Don T.
  21. Thanks for the reply Bob. I think I will try from underneath. I have no indication the tensioner is bad just thought it should be done. My coach is low mileage but is 14 years old. Don T. 2006 Diplomat
  22. Ivan, Thanks yes it is the seal you described . Have not taken the window out yet but guessed it was something similar to what you described. Did you buy your from HD or Lowes? I will definetly use Proflex. Don T.
  23. Scotty did you go to Cummins? I'm in FL I think FT Meyers is closest. I did see Bobs post on cleaning his RR. What an ideal time that would be to make belt and tensioner change. Thanks, Don T
