  1. We are having a similar issue with our 2006 Navigator. We also have disconnected solar and took all power away. I probably only gave it 30 minutes though and did not try to turn something on while disconnected. The problem is not our lights however. Our aqua hot diesel will not stay on overnight. We normally are on shore power and only use it for showers. It has worked overnight a couple times since the reset, there seems to be no rhyme or reason to how long it will stay on. Am I looking at having to swap the module as recommended here? It ran all night last night but as i have read through this, I noticed the light is off. Thanks
  2. I have had 3 boards rebuilt. They look new, it has been a few years ago, but i do not remember being upset about the price or the time to fix.
  3. I cannot say about recrimping the ends, My sync cylinder that runs the front drivers slide went to leaking like yours, I took it to a hydraulic shop and had it rebuilt. There are specific instructions to (sync) it at install so both of your cylinders will go in and out at the same time and speed. HWH can supply those instructions. After watching your video again, it seems you are leaking above the cylinder. Or the cylinder is actually squirting. Have someone run the slide in and out while you watch the cylinder. Dexron 3 is red. Above that area is where your antifreeze lines go to the aqua hot and up to the dash heat. If its not dexron it could be a coolant hose. Just changed mine this year.
  4. On my 06 Navigator the reservoir for the slides is under the entry steps. The second step will fold up and underneath is the reservoir and pump for the slides. manual calls for dexron 3. Check fluid level with slides in.
  5. That is the equalizer cylinder , or maybe also called sync cylinder for one of your hydraulic slides. Probably the passenger bedroom slide. That cylinder is important when running slides in and out. Without that cylinder, the slides would go out unevenly.
  6. I have been running the Remco for several years. My accumulator is still in place. I did drain all the air out of it and am very happy with my water flow.
  7. My manual also just says to keep it full with no further instructions. A few years ago I had to replace the mechanism at the rear of the front passenger slide and figured I would remember all that stuff forever. It sure seemed like those cylinders are extended when the slide is in. Thanks for the reply’s
  8. I seem to remember that when checking the fluid for the slide outs everything except one slide needs to be in. I think it is passenger front that should be extended. Sure would appreciate it if someone can set me straight.
  9. Anyone looking for a factory radiator replacement should check out Radiator Supply House out in Oregon. They made a brass replacement for the aluminum one that cracked in my 06 Navigator. It has served me well. https://radiatorsupplyhouse.com/pages/search-results-page?q=Monaco
  10. I am considering these for my 2006 Navigator. Can you give any more details on how you are able to use the aqua hot furnace without it all being tied together? Thanks Greg
  11. I have a 2006 Navigator that we have had for 4 years. Previous owner put a new a/c with what I assume is the new thermostat in the front. My middle and rear a/c appear to be original with a thermostat with 5 buttons. In this climate of shortages I have decided I would like to go with new for the rear a/c’s which appears will require the new thermostat. My question is, is that all I need to do for the a/c upgrade? We live in this thing and the aqua hot needs to work as well. The Houghton a/c has very good reviews but I cannot find enough information to figure out how to make the aqua hot work with it and the calls to the company did not give me any satisfaction that they would supply any useful tech support. Thanks in advance, I have learned allot from this site. Greg
  12. Paul, I too will probably never get that far east. I have tried to get to M&M, but time doesn't permit. I am very interested to back up my 06 Navigator system. Please add me to the list of customers. Greg
  13. I have a 2006 Navigator. I have the same kitchen slide mechanism, although my kitchen is on the passenger side. On my motorhome the slide was never properly adjusted. There are 2 rollers under the floor, one at the front end, one in the bay where the fuel tank is. The rollers at the rear of the slide are cheezy, as they are under the cabinets under the sink and have no capacity to carry the some of the weight of the slide. My slide at the rear end dragged on the bottom of the slide opening and failed to touch the gasket at the top. My painted stripes matched up perfectly. I had a local rv shop replace the slide mechanism but they set the slide so the paint matched, which put extra pressure on that arm to push and pull. At home I loosened the attachment screws ,which are a real disappointment when you realize they are carrying the weight, jacked up the slide so it fit the hole like the front and the reattached the mechanism to the wall. My stripes are now about a 1/4 to 3/8 off, bu my slide works beautifully smooth. I would like to add one of those heavy rollers under the slide at the rear the same as the front. There is no good reason these things should have left the factory without that slide having rollers underneath all the way across. All the other slides have them!
  14. I would very much like the ability to backup my system. Greg
