  1. I had a similar problem with my 2007 Dynasty a few years ago. I am going from memory as the Dynasty is in FL set up for the winter and I am currently in NC. In my situation, the pump turn on signal was being generated by the MUX correctly. My problem was at the HWH control box (on firewall above the generator - with the clear plexiglas cover). The signal was making it to the control box but the pump control relay inside the box had failed. Instead of trying to find a relay and repair the board, I used a Bosch relay to bypass the bad relay. I mouned the new relay on the firewall, picked up 12 V from a spare circuit in the front run bay and ran it through the normally open contacts of the Bosch to the start solenoid on the pump motor. I removed the plexiglas to access the pump start signal that I connected to the coil of the Bosch. The other side of the Bosch coil went to ground. Now when the MUX tells the pump to start the Bosch relay provides 12V to activate the Pump motor solenoid. Hope this helps. I don't think I marked the changes on my schematics so can't provide one. Your Dynasty wiring may or may not be like mine. Terry R 2007 Dynasty
  2. Mike et. al. I remembered that I had a spare actuator. See pictures below. I purchased the TriMark brand units as they were advertised to have motors equipped with thermal protection; to prevent melt down like the cheap ones that Monaco put in my Dynasty. The part number is 33990-02. It has been a few years but I remember that I had to move the electrical connector from the old to the new and as I recall I had to drill or re-drill a hole to install. Whatever it was, it was not a big deal. It looks like CamperiD (CARiD) no longer sells them but several dealers show up with google. These units worked well in my particular 2007 Dynasty door latches (see picture in my previous post). No idea if they will work in any others. Good luck, Terry R
  3. I had a similar melted actuator experience with my 2007 Dynasty. I think I laid my hand against the door lock multiplexer button beside the bed while sleeping. In my case I was lucky in that the water bay door actuator did not melt for some reason. I was able to drill a small hole through the door frames, in line with the lock plunger on the adjacent door, and open the door by pushing in the plunger with a screw driver. I was able to get the door open and removed the actuators. I later found some better actuators that don't melt and replaced all. Sorry but I can't find the receipt for the replacements that I ordered but I think they came from CARID. I am going to attempt to add a couple pictures below. Good luck. 4. I had two similar experiences with my 2007 Dynasty multiplex system. The first was with the aquahot living room fan speed. When the aquahot was heating the room, the fan would sometimes stop running and then imediately restart. I did some troubleshooting and found that the fan signal from the aquahot to the mux input was good but did not find the problem at that time. Sometime later, completely by chance, I noticed that if I had the LED lights over my recliner ON the fan would sometimes turn off and on. By process of elimination I found that one of my chinese g4 replacement LEDs was causing the problem - I assume it was generating RFI that was confusing the mux computer or application module. I replaced it and have not had a similar occurance in over two years. The other incident was the bedroom closet lights flickering on and off. I tracked this down to one of the ceiling fluoresent lamps that was apparently generating some RFI. I removed the ballast and replaced the tubes with LED strips and the problem went away. This may have nothing to do with your problem but it might be something to consider. Good luck. Terry R 2007 Dynasty
  5. Scotty et. al. FYI I am still getting the original weekly about every 20 minutes. No big deal - I have added an outlook filter to automatically move them to my trash folder. Thanks for your troubleshooting.
  6. Yep, me too, Tried to unsubscribe from the weekly but hasn't helped yet 🙂
