  1. Thanks for the help with the A/C compressor. I evacuated all of the refrigerant from the system. Changed the compressor, created a vacuum to refill the refrigerant, and it took 3 1/2 cans, around 30 oz of refrigerant. Now the 12 oz cans are refilling the system, extraordinarily slow. (30 min for 6 oz) I checked the high and low pressure and its holding pressure fine. How much refrigerant will the system take, and how would you recommend charging it? Thanks again for your help. Jody
  2. I'll see if mine has one. Do you remember where the tag was located on the pump? I looked yesterday but could not find one. Thanks again, Jody
  3. My AC motor seized up in my coach. I called Cummins and they could not tell me what compressor motor I had on my engine. Would anyone know what replacement motor I need and the best place to get it? The Cummins dealer said it "might" be a Sanden. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks, Jody
  4. Thanks very much for the responses. I reached out to Veurinks, she is going to give me a ring tomorrow. I'll let you know how it turns out. Thanks again, Jody P.S. Your coach looks great!
  5. Thanks Ivan. Do you happen to have their number? I tried to search the web for them, and I was not able to find anything. Jody
  6. I called Industrial Finishes and Monaco and they are not able to find the paint codes for my 1997 Monaco Dynasty. It's the Green on Green with the White Stripe with Brown Pinstripe. The original sticker pulls up in Manaco's system using the last eight of my VIN, but it did not include the paint codes. The paint codes are not on the driver or passenger seat pedestals or on the list in the wardrobe. Does anyone happen to have the same color/year coach with the paint codes? Thanks for the help. Jody
  7. Thanks for the reply's. Sorry for the greenhorn question. I have a plumbing diagram, but where exactly is the water pump located? I see the hatch were the plumbing manifold resides as well as the pressure tank, but not locating the DC pump. Thanks for the help. Jody
  8. It happens when I'm on city water as well as when I'm on the DC pump. I took off the pressure regulator. Same issue. I have not checked the screen filter before the pump, as I thought all of the water goes through the two stage filter. Is the screen located at the pump? I'm not sure that would affect the city water intake, but I'm willing to try anything at this point. Thanks very much for the response. Jody I can try flushing the lines as well. It wouldn't hurt. Jody
  9. I'm experiencing a loss of water pressure after 2-3 minutes in the shower. As you can imagine, it's quite frustrating. When I check the pressure at the city water hose, it's fine. My pressure regulator is fine. If I wait 3-4 minutes the pressure returns then I have 2-3 minutes and they cycle repeats. I also tried unhooking from city water and using the pump. My pump sounds labored but still creates pressure. Any ideas? Thanks, Jody P.S. I just replaced my two stage water filters as well.
  10. Thank you Ray. I’ll go take a look. Jody
  11. Thanks for the reply Nick. We got the coach last year, so this is my first time making sure all the maintenance is done. This is our first RV, and I don’t have any of the manuals. This board has been a lifesaver. I could really use some help to make sure I haven’t missed anything. I’ve changed the oil and filter, the Racor water separator, the fuel filter, engine air filter canister. Changed the oil and filter on the generator. I checked the belts and replaced the A/C belt. I just had the transmission fluid changed. What am I missing? Thanks again for all the help. Jody
  12. I have a 1997 Monaco Dynasty. Sorry for the newbie question, but are there filters that need to be changed for the air dryer(s). If so, where are they located and how many of them are there. I'm just learning, so thank you in advance for your help. Jody
  13. Dennis, thank you very much for the reply. I really appreciate the information, it's a huge help. Jody
  14. I'm not finding grease fittings on the hydraulic jacks of my 97' Monaco Dynasty. What maintenance is needed to make sure the jacks stay in working order? Thanks for your help Jody
  15. I really appreciate the help. I will be working on this problem this weekend. I'll let you know how it goes. I'll always welcome other ideas too. Thanks again. Jody
  16. Thank you both for the reply. I will try the relay and then move to the tracing if not successful. I did replace the ignition relay last year, so perhaps there's an issue with the replaced part, or a connection. Thanks again, Jody
  17. Sorry, that would be good information to have. 🙂 It's a 1997 Monaco Dynasty with the 300HP Cummins and Allison Transmission. Thanks for the reply Jody
  18. When I start my coach after it's been sitting for several weeks, my alternator light does not go out, and my tachometer does not register. After driving it for 30-40 miles, the light starts to flicker, my tachometer starts registering, and the alt light goes out. Initially the coach is charging at under 10V but then slowly the voltage creeps up after 30-40 miles then the voltmeter will register a normal charge, the alt light goes out, and the tachometer starts working. When I check the alternator, it's fine. Could use some help. Thanks Jody
