  1. Thanks, all for the recommendations. I have been told not weld the tank due to the high pressure and it is probably rusted from the inside out. I have talked to Source Engineering but they didn't know who might have made it. REV said the manufacturer is Johnson Welded Products P/N 6901, but they no longer make this tank. I plan to call them Monday and see what suggestions they have. We are going to take the air tank down next week and take to a truck parts center in Raleigh or Fayetteville and see what they can find. Hopefully there is some additional information on the top of the tank. If so, I will post what is on it so hopefully it might help someone else. Thanks.
  2. I have a 2006 HR Nav 45'. It has been awhile since we have been on the road, due to having to come out of retirement and go back to work. In prepping for travel later this year, I have been tracking down leaks in my air system. I have replaced the air dryer, the regulator, tightened fittings and had a new front air level control valve installed. Now I have discovered a pin hole in the bottom of the rear air tank. The Monaco Air System Diagrams - 2006 from the Downloads section has been a great help. The drawings call out the rear air tank as being Monaco P/N 6901. I have done an internet search with no luck but may be looking at the wrong sites. REV says they will get back to me later. The build sheet does not have any information on the tanks. Does anyone know where I might be able to get a replacement tank that will fit and have the same ports without re-plumbing the air system? Or any advice. Thanks. Tom F.
  3. I remember in the past, on the old website, some posts about routing to Maine. We are looking to drive from Pinehurst, NC to Bangor, Maine the end of September. We are looking for the best route to avoid the heavy traffic and any information around that area. Time is not a problem and we have no real schedule. Thanks everyone. Tom F. 45' HR Navigator
  4. Thanks all. I have had 2 techs troubleshoot the system and found one in OKC that seems to know what he is doing. The problem seems to be in one of the 3 circuit boards. I have 1 in the FRB and 2 under the livingroom slideout, hidden under the floor, accessible from a storage bay under the slide out. The tech worked with HWH on trouble shooting until it was narrowed down to the slideout board. HWH said it was unusual that it was there but Monaco did what they wanted with the HWH boards. On the 3rd board there is a fuse that keeps blowing and it looks like on the board that there is a damaged diode or relay that can only be accessed by pulling both boards. In my next trip to OKC in the Fall I will have the tech pull the boards and we can see what is going on. If not HWH said to send them the boards and they would troubleshoot. Hopefully the extended warranty will cover the costs. I did check for a fuse in the D/S armrest but nothing there, I will wait until we are back in town and then have the work done. Airbags inflate for travel, I just can't use them to level, so I'm using the hydraulic jacks.
  5. I have a 2006 HR Navigator 45. We have had it parked for a few months with the battery kill switches off. Upon going to get it today in preparation of a trip with our grandson this week, I discovered that the shore power to the coach had accidentally been turned off and the 2 AGM chassis batteries and the 4 AGM coach batteries were completely drained and dead. These were replaced and everything works except for the HWH leveling systems. Nothing will light up on the touch panel on the driver's arm rest . There is no power to the HWH control module in the front generator bay (or no lights on the circuit board and fuses). The master warning light and the reset switch in the roadside fuse bay are not lit. I have done the following in an attempt to get the system working: - Replaced the in-line fuses on the batteries in the battery bay. - Replaced any fuse the was labeled LVL in the front roadside fuse bay. They are lit. - Checked the rear fuse panel in the engine compartment. - Parking brake is working and lit on the dash board. - Coach is in Neutral. - Slides work. - Air system has 100-125psi showing on the dash gauges, when coach is running. The HWH system is Model # AP30514/45-Jll AR/E I'm not sure what to check now. I have called the HWH Tech support, but they are running days behind, so I'm waiting for a call back from them. I do not want to move the unit without the airbags leveling. If anyone has any suggestions, I would appreciate them. If nothing else, does anyone know of a mobile repair tech in the Aberdeen/Fayetteville, NC area? Thanks. Tom and Cynthia Freeman 2006 HR Navigator 45PBQ
  6. Thanks. Turns out then salesman switch was bad. Don’t understand why only cockpit 12v quit and all lights in coach didn’t go out. I’ll replace or wire around the switch.
  7. Bill, we woke up this morning with the same problem in our cockpit. But we also do not have any 12 V for the cigarette lighter or any switches on the dash or beside the drivers seat. The 12 v works fine in the rest of the coach but just nothing up in the cab area. If you have found a solution, please post and it might help me track down where my fuses are. Thanks.
