  1. We have a 2008 HR Endeavor. The emergency air brake is set but it won't allow the haudraulic jacks to go down because it says to engage the air brake. The Air brake is engaged. There is a electric solenoid under the panel by the drivers seat. Could this be bad? The Air brake assembly is Midland. Any suggestions?
  2. Great find and great job getting it inspected by a NRVIA inspector. She is beautiful.
  3. Did you have devices on inside your coach before you turned on the value on on the cylinder? If so, go turn off all gas appliances inside. Then turn off the knob on the propane cylinder. Wait about half minute, then turn cylinder back on. Go inside and try your appliance again. Also that relay is probably tied to tour LP detector. Has it gone off on you?
  4. Thanks for all the suggestions. It will be a matter of us being in one spot long enough to get parts.
  5. Our front jack leaked hydraulic fluid and wouldn't go up. We ended up removing it in order to move to our next area. We only have one jack in front on our 2008 HR Endeavor. We have been calling around without any luck. Can these be repaired or do we have to buy a new one? It is a Power Gear with the numbers 501136 on one line and under that was 08031 P 230135. We are in Cheyenne tonight and then on to Colorado. Any suggestions are welcome.
  6. N is that's an interesting idea. I'd like to hear how it works for you.
  7. When someone unplugged our MH while we were gone for 10 days, I didn't think I'd find anything to get the smell out. My daughter suggested white vinegar. We kept some in the freezer and some in the fridge. We would switch them each day, putting the frozen one in the fridge and vice versa. It took a week but the odor disappeared. Vinegar worked wonders for us.
  8. When we get back to the MH, we'll post some pics. At a doc appointment now.
  9. My husband bought a scissor jack and an extender. He placed it about in the middle. He cut a circular small holes for the socket adapter to fit in it. He uses his drill with a socket to raise and lower the bed.
  10. Just to thank you. We called Shower Enclosures of America and they sent us 4 new rollers and brackets free of charge. Just got them on today and saved the good ones for spares.
  11. Thanks, as soon as we get to a larger town we will check it out locally first. Then give shower enclosures a call.
  12. Hi, does anyone know where we can order the bracket that holds the roller for our shower. Ours broke. First pic is what it looks like, second is the broken one and the 3rd is the roller.
  13. We got our led light from m4products.com They were really helpful when we called. They came with great instructions for the lights where we removed the ballast.
  14. Some great people helped us with ours. My hubby added 3 nuts to the cams inside the motor. It has worked perfectly ever since. You can do a search for our previous conversation. There was lots of advice.
  15. Hi, Ours quit too but it turned out to be electrical. A wire got shorted out and burnt. It was in the electrical box behind the water heater. Check that out first.
  16. We have an 08 HR Endeavor and it has one grease fitting just a bit above the base. It took a bit to find them. After we greased them they worked lots better.
  17. Thank you so much for this idea and the pictures. My husband did this to ours and it is working! It is even much quieted now too. Perfect timing as we head out tomorrow.
  18. Thanks so much. We just have to wait until we are in a park long enough to get the part shipped.
  19. My hubby took the motor off and opened up the top. There were broken pieces inside. We checked 3 different places today and no one had a replacement motor. Those that got a Taurus window motor, what year was it? Each years seems to be a little different.
  20. Thanks, we will check the turnbuckle. It has been lubed recently.
  21. Hi, Our entry steps are not working right. The motor is working but they do not go in all the way. Instead of stopping, it goes back and forth for awhile and then stops with it not quite up all the way. Going out, it shakes awhile before the motor stops. We had the magnet changed recently that lets the steps go in and out. Anyone have any ideas?
  22. That is the only one we haven't found on ours. We haven't checked yet but wonder if it is under the area where the bottom drawers are located.
  23. Bummer. How many wires did yours have? I think ours has 5.
