  1. Continental allows the 315 tire on a 8.25 wheel. I have Conti Coach HA 3 315 80 22.5 on my front axle, on 8.25 wheels. A 315 is a very robust tire. You can buy Continentals through the FMCA tire program. Do some research and measuring to make sure the 315's will fit with your chassis. Good luck, Mike.
  2. I had the same deal on my coach about five years ago. Same answer from Faria. I went with mechanical gauges ( Viair 90087, on eBay- about $22 ). Picked up air for the rear tank at the Faria box in the basement. For the front tank I put in a tee at the front drain valve. You can shove a dowel rod up through the foam around the steering column to get access to the inside of the dash. I left the old gauges laying inside the dash with wires attached. I do not know if detaching wiring will effect other gauges ( daisy chain wiring ). Low air alarm still works. Not as elegant as Faria , but it works. I hope this helps. Mike
  3. Dayco has an online chart for hoses and belts. Covers most Monaco models, not all engines. Google- daycoaftermarket- choose Heavy Duty, where it says Automotive, then enter your info ( year, make, model, engine ). It worked for my coach. Good luck, Mike.
  4. Maybe ride height valve linkage broken or detached. PN Haldex 48100225. Available online or NAPA or any truck parts store. You should be able to lift that side with your air leveling (HWH). Use jack stands or frame safety blocks near the airbags ( 2'' steel pipe works ).
  5. Caliper part numbers 99B96100 and K022919 cross reference to Haldex 790 94049. I am pretty sure that a 05 Navigator has the same brake setup as a 05 Signature. See my post in this thread for other part numbers. Go to Find it Parts for cross reference. I hope this helps. Mike
  6. The following PN's fit an 05 Signature. Bendix ESD 225 brake system. Caliper - Haldex 790 - 94049 ( Same caliper all four positions.) Find it Parts , $1,192 plus shipping. Pads - Haldex 790 - 22012 , Jit truck parts , $175 free shipping. Front Rotor - Centric 120.86007 , Find it Parts , $276 free shipping. Rear Rotor - Webb 26741XM7T ( Monaco PN 976045 ) Iron Wing Sales , $349 free shipping. I hope this helps, Mike.
  7. Very difficult to disconnect air line while working blind with one hand. Just cut the air line near the fitting (razor knife, pruning shears ). Deal with the fitting after you remove the air bag. Two inch steel pipe 11 inches long works great for blocking up the coach. Place one near each air bag. I hope this helps. Mike
  8. Contitech AS8897 - find it parts - $127 free shipping. You will need a short 1 1/4 open end wrench ( about 7" long ) for the air fitting. Also you may have to force the air fitting through the top mounting plate if you can not remove it. They can be very tight. I hope this helps. Good luck, Mike.
  9. OTC - PN - S022 - 22ton jack stands. Summit Racing - about $230 with shipping, plus sales tax.
  10. Schedule 80 pipe. A little heavier than common schedule 40 pipe. My blocks are 11 inches long. They do the job. Where did I get 30K rear axle? My coach is 47,600 gross. Minus 14,600 gross front axle equals 33,000. Minus 3000 for rear axle and H frame equals 30,000. Tag axle does not help with no air in system. Some coaches are well over 50,000 gross. A lot of weight for a little stack of 2x4s or any other kind of wood. I am sure that some 2" square tubing 1/4 wall would work just as well.
  11. Ride height linkage kit - Haldax 48100225 - less than 20 bucks. Those rubber end pieces ( lollipops ) do rot and fail. Safety blocks. Two inch schedule 80 pipe works great. No stacks of 2x4s. Over 30K on rear axle on some coaches. Air bag - AS8897 - Find it Parts , $120 free shipping. Has 3/4 NPT for air fitting. Need 3/4 x 1/4 reducer bushing. Some coaches need 3/4 NPT on front air bags ( mine does - 05 sig. ).
  12. Hope to see you in Quartzsite next January, Mike and Pat.
  13. Caliper, 2005 Monaco Signature. Haldex 790-94049 , $1016 plus shipping, Find it Parts .com. Same caliper all four positions. Same as Bendix K022919. Rotor, Centric 120.86007, $228, free shipping, Find it Parts.com. Pads, Haldex 790-22012, $128, Find it Parts.com. Adjustment shaft, Haldex 790-94892, $8, Find it Parts.com. When I was in the process of buying my coach the previous owner sent it to his shop for oil change, fuel filters and chassis lube. Mechanic discovered frozen caliper, DS front. The shop charged him over $4000 for the caliper, plus labor. That was in 2017. In 2019 I had to replace PS front caliper. I paid about $1100 for exact same caliper. Free labor, I did it myself. Caliper weighs about 90 lbs. Other than that just common hand tools. Also need tools to remove the wheel. Calipers get water inside and seize up. They can be repaired if not too rough condition. I disassembled my first one, ( the shop gave me the old one ) and found it in rough shape. When I find time I will disassemble the second one and see if I can make one good caliper out of the two, for a spare. I hope this helps someone. Good luck, Mike
