Safari purchased Beaver in 1994. Monaco then purchased Safari/Beaver in 2002. By 2005 your coach should be similar to the Monaco coaches. Our hydraulic leveling system is passenger side up front under the entry steps. Sometimes you can remove a step panel for access and sometimes you go in from the generator compartment and to the left under the steps. Have one person operate the leveling pumps while another listens in that area. Your last question about peeling clearcoat. Yes, it can be repaired, but not by just reapplying clear coat. The area must be sanded and repainted and then the clear must be applied according to the paint manufacturer's instructions (usually within 24 hours). Essentially, it must be repainted with a base coat and then the clear coat. Also, Monaco purchased Holiday Rambler from Harley Davidson back in 1996. I don't think Holiday Rambler ever owned Safari. It's important that you understand that a 30 amp connection is only 30 amps, while a 50 amp connection is two legs at 50 amps each for a total of 100 amps. First, you need to reduce your electrical power requirement. Are you trying to run an electric heater or coffee pot? If so, unplug them immediately. Do not run any electric appliance that produces heat. Set your refrigerator to run on propane. Turn off all unnecessary lights and electrical items. If you can, switch to a proper 50 amp electrical RV outlet. This will give your batteries a chance to recover.

I've installed them. It replaces the OEM altitude sensor. Once you locate the wire bundle, it's pretty easy to install. It's located on the passenger side of the engine just below the intake manifold. Country Coach has an access door on the passenger side but Monaco does not so you need long arms. I had an occasional check engine light on our 2007 ISX but they always cleared. I doubt you'll find a shop that will do it. There isn't a sequence. The four 6V house batteries are wired in two groups of 12V. In essence, it's just like two 12v batteries. We use GC2 6V golf cart batteries because they are heavy duty and will withstand constant charge/discharge. They are all charged simultaneously by your inverter/charger when you are plugged into a 50 amp RV outlet or also when your generator is running. Make sure your inverter/charger is set properly. 2006 and newer Monaco coaches use the Magnum energy inverter/charger while 2005 and older use the Trace Freedom inverter/charger. You also have two group 31 chassis batteries that are used to start your diesel engine. I'm not sure the Diplomat has a system (Intellitec Big Boy, or BIRD) to charge these. If not already done, you'll need to add a charging system for these. Hope this helps.

I doubt you'll be able to remove the tag wheels/tires with just the tag axle lift. And it would be safer to do one side at a time. The wheel and tire assemblies are very heavy. Usually, folks use a long bar to maneuver them onto the axle.

It's debatable but if the tires are not rubbing and the brakes are not dragging it can be driven on a limited basis. Actually driving it will probably increase the air pressure. It's important to understand that air pressure releases the brakes so you need enough pressure to keep them from dragging. When was the last time the air dryer was changed? I'd probably start there. It's just a spin on filter and is fairly easy to change once you get a filter wrench large enough. I'd also drain the water from the air tanks. This is covered in your owners manual. Good luck!

Interesting. I've changed three Monaco coaches over from 295 to 315 front tires and not had an issue with the ABS. I'm not sure the ABS system cares about the tire circumference, only that it's rolling and not locked up. An active handling system does care about tire circumference but we do not have that system. Have you tried depressing the ABS reset switch?

Usually, black smoke is too much diesel. Are you sure you have the burner re-installed correctly? I think you need to check the fuel pump pressure, the electrode tip alignment, and the igniter coil. I had John Carrillo rebuild my Aqua Hot diesel burner last year. He rebuilt it and sent it back the same day. And his price was less than half the other guys. https://www.heatmyrv.com/ You can make a pressure gauge out of an old spray nozzle. I bought a 0-160psi pressure gauge on Amazon. I then drilled and tapped an old Aqua Hot spray nozzle and installed the gauge. Does your 2009 Navigator have the Kongsberg multiplex system? If so, does the wiper control go through it? Our older coaches use the VIP Smart wheel system.

Recheck your Blue Sea install. Somethings wrong. Try a set of jumper cables from the chassis battery to the house battery bank on your return trip. Also, make sure you fully charge all batteries from either shore power or the generator before departure. Leave your Trace inverter on in charge mode all the time (unless in storage and disconnected from shore power). Let your refrigerator cool down before departure. Good luck!

Valid does not manufacture air solenoids. They are common parts on heavy trucks using air ride suspension. If you can temporarily remove the solenoid you can take it to a heavy truck parts store and they should be able to match it up. Additionally, most of these air solenoids are rebuildable. They usually have three o-rings inside. You disassemble it, clean it, and replace the o-rings and they are good for another 10-15 years. Best of luck!

The Allison transmission electronic control module is attached to the basement ceiling in the main basement compartment. In most of the big diesel coaches it has a felt covered plywood cover over it and the leveling computer. There should be an Allison fuse inline on a wire direct from the battery bay. Sometimes the trans will not engage if the engine is idling too fast. Good luck.

Great. When I said "No Light" I meant the diesel burner isn't lighting. Sometimes, you can disconnect shore power and then disconnect the batteries and wait 5 min. Be careful disconnecting the batteries. If you remove the ground first the inverter will try to ground through the RJ11 cord (phone cord) and cause problems. So, disconnect the battery positive terminal first. Then reconnect everything and it will reset the system. Good luck!

A no light condition can be several things: ignition coil, electronic controller, flame sensor, high limit thermostat, fuel pump, electrodes improperly aligned, and a few others. It's best to work through the Aqua Hot trouble shooting diagram. But many times, if it was working well and suddenly quits the flame sensor is the culprit. And it's the least expensive part to fix. Do you have the Aqua Hot manual with the trouble shooting diagram?

By any chance are you trying to run an electric space heater from one of the inverter supplied 120V electrical outlets?

Over the years I've spent a great deal of time troubleshooting our Aqua Hot system. It could be the electronic controller board, the ignition coil, or the flame sensor. You really need to follow the troubleshooting flow chart in the Aqua Hot manual or you're just guessing. But if I had to guess, I'd say your flame sensor is going because you had it working each time you took it apart and cleaned it. Flame sensors are relatively cheap and you can easily install it. I'd start out by checking the flame sensor resistance with and without light. If the flame sensor is operating properly, the ohm-meter should register high resistance, over 100K Ω when the glass surface is covered, and less than 200 Ω when exposed to a light source. You can replace them with standard home blinds. Both Home Depot and Lowes will cut blinds to your size.

It's going to be extremely difficult to find an RV inspector familiar with large Monaco diesel coaches. There is a national training center for RV inspectors but 99% of the training is for trailers. I think as a previous Monaco owner you're going to be more knowledgeable than most inspectors.

Many of our coaches have sat on a dealer lot or had a previous owner that did not rinse the tanks. I use Blue Dawn platinum dish soap. We get the large size from Costco. Add it with water to the tank. Let it sit overnight and then drain/rinse. Rinse and repeat. If you can drive it in between even better. You should also check the roof vent for the black tank.

I agree with Tim. At the rear of your kitchen slide there should be a concertina folding wood door on the bottom cabinet. In your Noble III, it's just to the rear of Harry's picture in the attached post. Look at the flexible hose inside this cabinet. The air bag part numbers are on the bottom. You can't see them unless you remove the bag. Are you certain the bag is leaking and not the fitting or air tubing?
