  1. The aqua hot unit has 2 systems in the one unit. One system is for the heating of the coach, and has permanent antifreeze in it, and requires no winterization. The other section is the domestic hot water system, and needs to be winterized. This can be done with blowing out with compressed air, through all the hot water fixtures, one at a time. I always take extra cautions and are very thourogh with this process, taking a lot of time, blowing lots of air, and repeating every fixture.. The aquahot does not have a separate tank, like a gas fired hot water tank is. It is an internal loop of coiled copper wire, that is immersed in the hot coolant for the heating section. Need to blow lots of air through this coil to be sure that no water is left trapped in the lower sections of the coil. You may not want to hear this, but, I follow up with rv antifreeze after blowing out with air, for additional protection. My coach has a separate tank to put the antifreeze into, and uses the water pump to pump the stuff through all the pipes. If you don't have this, you can buy a fitting that hooks to the water pump, with a short section of hose, that you can put in the gallon jugs, and pump the stuff through the pipes, I run it until I have pink stuff at every fixture. I do not put the pink stuff in the water tank. I also do not run pink stuff through the ice maker on the ref. Remember to run enough pink stuff, so every trap has some, and so the waste valves, black and grey have some.
  2. My thoughts; If the coil was bad, you should have unburned fuel in the chamber, nozzle spraying fuel, and not burning it, so check for this. If the chamber is dry, probably a bad, new nozzle, (don't ask me how I know this!), or a bad controller. Did you confirm that the unit is not low on coolant, not sure if you have a sensor in the overflow bottle, or in the unit itself. Hope this helps. Aquahot is a great company, I have called their help desk, and they have walked me through diagnostics of sensors, etc. Skip Smith.
  3. I have an electric winegard tv antenna, model # MA1055W. Unit will not drop down or turn, from the inside display panel. Raised up good, and turned, but would not retract the next day. Years ago, I replaced the bat wing, with a Jack antenna. Drove home, 200+ miles, with the antenna up, didn't hit anything. Got up on the roof, moved antenna to home position, and pushed down. Will not raise. When pushing the raise/stow button, the motion light, lights up, does not move, and then all 3 lights flash and go out. Winegard says the antenna is discontinued, and no parts available. Does anybody have a wiring diagram, and most likely a motor for this unit. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
  4. I am fighting this badly on my 2012 Dynasty. You have a slightly different system than me, as I understand. One trick I learned, that worked in the past for me, is you need to take one more step in your power down/reset procedure. 1. Unhook from pedestal. 2. Cover and unhook your solar panels if you have them. Remember, solar panels produce all the time and can cause problems if not covered, the power has no where to go and can damage stuff. 3. Unhook both the house and starting batteries. 4. Take jumper wires, and hook them between the positive and negative wires, to pull down any capacitors in the systems that may be holding voltage. Leave unhooked for 1/2 hour minimum. 5. Then assemble. Hope this helps. REV is no help at all on this. Skip Smith
