  1. I believe they make locking covers for your fuel caps. They go over your cap and just spin unless you unlock it and take it off. The ones I see are kind of pricey.
  2. Hello, I am wanting to install a locking fuel cap on my 2001 Diplomat LE. Does anyone know if I need an unvented or vented cap?
  3. Thank you. I suspect there are not any in mine either.
  4. I have a 2001 Diplomat LE. My question is about the assist handle by the door. Is this handle supposed to light up on this model?
  5. I don't know how long this one has been in there but it is a NAPA solenoid. I wondered since this one is made for short term use as a starter relay if it is suitable for sustained use.
  6. The solenoid was my problem. I fixed it by just putting both battery wires on the same lug. It just makes it a connection point.
  7. Great idea! I am so glad to know what was being operated by that switch. Thank you so much! The knowledge in this group is incredible!
  8. Thank you. I thought if I had voltage with at the cutoff switch that means it is good. I didn't know how that switch worked. It seems that no matter which way I have that switch the lights don't work but I hope I am wrong and that it is that simple. I'll try working with that tomorrow.
  9. I'm new to traveling in an RV and I just purchased a 2001 Diplomat LE. After I got it home the 12v systems quit working then did work for a while but now everything is dead. The batteries are charged, they will start the generator easily. I have voltage at the cutoff switch at the door entrance but I have nothing at the fuse panel. Everything in the battery compartment has 12V, the inverter is on and the monitor panel in the coach says everything is charged with the inverter reading "Float". Anyone have any ideas for me to try? I haven't even had this unit out yet but have a trip planned in January. Thank you
