    Dewalt or Milwaukee. I prefer the dewalt, but if you already have Milwaukee batteries, I would go that route. Last I saw, the milwaukee comes in a bag and the dewalt comes in a hard case. Greasy bags sound like a disaster. The lock-n-lube coupler is a worthwhile upgrade.

    You can look up -an fittings at summit or jegs to get price ideas. Any local speed shop should be able to help you, if you can find one.

    Thumbwheel for a headlight adjuster???? Maybe a fuel/water separator drain???

    Looks like the reservoir for the leveling jacks.

    That year isl should have a breather tube that exits above the starter. Not only is this bad for the starter, but the oil mist gets pushed into the cooling package and acts like glue for dirt/dust. You can install a catch can and eliminate all of these problems.

    I shut down the engine, dump the air, level, and extend the slides. My goal is to have the jacks extended the least amount and the tires not touching the framework. I pay close attention to not stretch the air bags. It sounds like you might need to recalibrate the power gear system. I purchased some Bigfoot outrigger pads and they have helped me when leveling on dirt.

    Glad to help. What coolant are you planning on using? I need to change mine soon and haven't decided what I want to use.

    10112483 / coupling 15mm snaplock blk 73shore. This is what was on the invoice. I have a diplomat, but I would expect them to be the same.

    I personally would not take a chance on that engine. I think the good ones had black valve covers, but definitely go by the engine serial number.

    Isl 400 is a great engine, but the early ones had oiling issues. There is a serial number cutoff of when it was fixed. At the earliest was 2006, but I think it was midway 2007. These "bad"engines run great, then they don't.

    I don't believe my slides work with the ignition switch on.

    I rotated mine down to about a 45 and hook my hose straight to it.

    Ok I have a 2007 diplomat with an onan 8000 and a lpt50brd switch. I just checked to confirm, but I have 120vac on both red and black legs from the generator. I DID NOT add a jumper. Sounds like you have a problem with the generator, generator breaker, or wiring. Maybe a mouse chewed the wire and moving it around finished it off?

    I think the ism 500 had a mechanical lift pump. Usually it goes fuel/water separator, then fuel filter, lift pump, main pump.

    Most Caterpillar branches have a good pump shop or access to one.

    I installed the esco/lyght about a year ago and have been happy with it. It works good and does not make any noise.

    I had the same problem. On mine, the vent was not closing consistently. I screwed a new vent on and the problem was fixed.

    I had a similar problem with my headlights. There is an inline fuse in the front drivers side bay. That fuse was blown and the wiring for it was melted.
