  1. Thanks Chad. I believe I will make that purchase now.
  2. I did see that label near the expansion tank and opened it while filling. How long did it take your gauge to start going up? I’m a little nervous about running it too long unless I know that I have good circulation to the radiator.
  3. Trying to locate where to vent air after radiator refill on a 07 Cummins 5.9 325HP. The engine temp gauge is at zero which makes me think it is air bound. Has anyone done this on this engine?
  4. I sure will Gary 05. Thanks to all for responding
  5. Thank you for the information. I’ll check further. As for the hose, they just ran the hose from the metal pipe back to the engine. I still have to replace the portion that runs from the heater core to the front part of the metal pipe as well as all the other hoses on the coach while I’m at it
  6. DavidL I’m sure you are absolutely correct. It’s always disturbing when I don’t know the cause of an issue. Question: I presume that the diagnostic port gets information directly from the processor and takes the gauge cluster out of the loop. Is that correct?
  7. When I turn the ignition switch the gauges move a little then go to the readings that I think are correct. When I start the engine all gauges zero and then sweep up to the same readings as before. Of course the engine related gauges are zero until the engine starts.
  8. Update. I pushed and moved every wire and fuse on all the various fuse boxes. Now it appears to work all of the sudden.
  9. Picked up my 07 Cayman after having a heater hose burst halfway between the engine and front and now the gauge cluster is dead. The indicator lights above the gauges work but all the gauges and odometer are dead. Could it be related to the burst hose somehow? I’m not a believer in coincidence.
  10. I was wondering the same thing. I just recently ordered one to replace the stock transfer switch.
  11. Jim B is correct the roller rotates and the fabric gets loose it just does not deploy.
  12. Does this look like that type of awning?
  13. Thank you for the feedback. I’ll give that a try.
  14. The roller rotates and it doesn’t extend. Consequently the fabric gets loosely wrapped on the roll if that makes sense.
  15. The awning on my 07 Cayman XL spins when the extend switch is pressed but it does not extend out. It seems like it is hung up somehow. Has anyone had this type of issue?
