If it has a tranfer case that allows you to disengage the drive train from the transmission (a true netural) it can be flat towed. The engine is a Mercedes 4 cyl., I have hearrd that they have smog issues as they get older, but that is not personal experance. I do not know if it has a steering wheel lock.
