  1. I bought the Home Depot natural gas sniffer. I found it is not sensitive enough to detect small leaks while working on a natural gas water heater in my home. You get what you pay for and I would look for a better quality gas sniffer.
  2. Just a thought, check and make sure the vent pipe to the roof is securely attached to the black water tank. Had that happened to me years ago.
  3. Could that be fixed with JB Weld? It’ll do until you can find a replacement.
  4. The door appears to be not sealing properly. The lock assembly attachment point can be adjusted to make connection a little tighter. This might help your sealing issue.
  5. I did the same type of damage a couple of years ago to two cargo bay doors plus the door frame. Replacement doors had to be manufactured at the cost of $1400 each in six weeks to obtain them.
  6. Suggestion: During your reset of the Essex 1701 keypad did you power down the system. A power down "reboot" might be the answer.
  7. I took my rock guard off years ago. I could not get in and out of my driveway without it dragging and binding on the sloped sidewalk and gutter. Towed vehicle has not experienced damage and I believe the rear mounted radiator has fewer small bits of rock stuck in the fins.
  8. It could be the ceiling exhaust fan switch which might be malfunctioning. Just a thought.
