  1. Crragar is right. I sent my throttle and cruise control to be rebuilt at a cost of $450. about 9 years ago. This is common on the drive by wire King systems. The man is no longer in business. A diesel truck shop might be able to install a throttle air actuator. Carry wire or Para cord to get you off the road if it fails. Good luck.
  2. If the front checks out there is another panel in the engine compartment.
  3. If you can't start it from the rear or front starter switch it could be a starter solenoid if your fuses are good.
  4. I carry a 175 psi compressor from Harbour Freight plugged in to the mh electrical. When you need air on the road or campground you need air.
  5. I run 295 75R22.5 Toyos on my 97 Dynasty. Tire dealer said to run 110 psi. I do depending on the load.
  6. When my Wynn system went out I bought a manual primer with filter on Ebay for 59 dollars. Except for two fittings you can get from a Hydraulic supply and drilling an extra hole once on it's a dream. 97 Dynasty with a manual 8.3.
  7. White epoxy works well. I also use white gloss spray paint where it's needed which blends in well with the white roof.
  8. The magnet switch on the rear facing door jam might not be making good contact. On mine, I have a rawhide hammer I tap the motor with that usually works but be careful of the mechanism.
  9. Moisture ejector maybe? The lines look wet. Any diesel repair shop should be able to have it or order it.
  10. Camping World on 40 on the westbound side if it's still open. Good luck.
  11. Replaced mine on my 97 Dynasty. Replacement was smoke colored and not as thick or dark as my old one. Hardest part was removing the old sealant. Used lap sealant for the new one. No problems. Cheapest I found was $220 from Dallas TX. Good luck.
  12. Could be a moisture ejection valve. It will pop off every so often as the engine is running. Dumps moisture in the air brake system.
  13. I bought an oil collector on E-bay that works by air or hand pump . Different size tubes for the dipstick. Can be used for any liquid and has a cannister collector for the waste. Old Goat 97 Dynasty.
  14. I installed a new starter since the old one was too bad to rebuild. Same symptoms. Just trying to find a source to rebuild the controller versus buying a new one. Read that this problem is not uncommon for the 7.5s. Thanks for the reply.
  15. As soon as I turn the battery switch on for the coach the gen starts cranking. Under troubleshooting it says if the engine cranks without the switch, it's the controller.
  16. 1997 Monoco Dynasty . Gen cranks as soon as power is turned on. Burned starter out before I realized what was happening. Book says it's the controller. Any other things I could try before spending 2000 on a new controller? 600 hours on the gunny. Thank you.
  17. It might be cheaper to have it rebuilt . Just Google it. Most large cities have them.
  18. If you have the Winn fuel bleeder system look at the clear cannister and hit the bleed button. If no fuel is coming through you have a tiny o ring on the bottom of the clear cannister that if bad will suck air when cranking. It's easy to replace.
  19. If it's 12 volt like mine I carry a rawhide hammer and give it a couple of raps to make it work when it sticks. There is also a magnet on the door that you can look at. Good luck.
  20. Bought 295 75r 22.5 for $290. a tire. 2330. out the door at Southern Tire Mart. Toyos. Lucked out.
