Yes - 44' 10" to be exact. I hate to sell this rig but I am not using it - bought a cabin on the coast of North Carolina off Pamlico Sound. Time for someone else to appreciate the elegance of this Monaco Dynasty Palace. This is my third motorhome and by far the best I will ever own. The brand new Aqua Hot system alone makes this coach stand apart from all others.

This coach has a brand new AQUA HOT 600D system with less than 3 hours - this is an upgrade from the original system, new washer and dryer and upgraded entertainment center. King bed, jackknife sofa and pullout couch. Two basement pull-out storage trays. The Ralph Lauren western style interior makes this unit one of as kind. I am the second owner - and no I don't believe Willie Nelson owned this unit - he may have traveled in it a few times. Equipment List attached - this coach has every feature imaginable.
