  1. I'm not sure about resetting with a magnetic, but my stairs have been acting up lately. My issues may be alignment with the magnetic in door frame. Mine works more reliable if I close the door with a little force, but short of slamming the door.
  2. Bill, My motorhome has been in Arizona two months. I haven't had any offers. Although I would like to sell it, I am not really pressed to sell. My focus has been preparing my house and relocating out of California. I came here 54 years go in the military. It's just time. Good luck!
  3. Correct, mine is the block heater, I must have missed the part about oil heater which I do no have.
  4. On my 05 Safari Gazelle the switch must be on, since I just plug it in when I want to use it while connected to shore power or generator.
  5. I have my 05 Safari Gazelle at RV Arizona in Phoenix. I'm not sure if this is the best time to sell, but I thought I would give it a try.
  6. Loel, did you check each wire to a known good ground with your meter? Also did you check each wire with ohm meter to ground? There is a possibility your ground is missing and 12 volts is available searching for the ground.
  7. Yes, I use the Milwaukee 18v air compressor. It takes a little time, but it’s easier to use than my Viair 450P. It takes less time for setup. I only keep my tires at 105, but it works great.
  8. I live on the north coast, but only used that road once with my 38’ Safari Gazelle towing my pickup. The roads are still narrow, but they have added more turnouts over the years. I prefer going North or South on Highway 101. If you take it slow and easy, take your time it’s a beautiful drive, but this upsets others.
  9. My screen like others on this forum had the brightness knob moved to a dark screen. Have you checked the knob? Has someone bumped it during cleaning?
  10. You could always pull an oil sample and send in for analysis with someone like Blackstone Laboratories. You can get a pump from them and pull the oil through the dipstick. They will track your samples and provide recommendations on future changes.
  11. I believe I resolved my slide issues. I removed all the relays checked them with a meter, they all checked the same. I removed and reseated the connectors on the slide out control board. Everything seems to operate normally. hopefully you issue is as easy to resolve as mine. I will keep you posted if I have any other issues.
  12. My slides began acting up on my 05 Safari Gazelle when returning from my last trip. I have quad slides with Power Gear electric drive motors. My large living room slide is the only one that works when I push the out button, but it will not come in, all other slides seem dead. I did connect my rear slide opposite the bed directly to the battery so we could unload the coach from our trip. My controller is obsolete but it doesn’t show any signs of damage. It is an analog device with six mechanical relays that route the circuits to each slide out. I isolated the ignition lockout relay yesterday with no change in operation. Today I plan to begin tracing each circuit through the coach until I find the component that is common to all the slides. I will follow up on this post if I find the resolution.
