I just replaced the passenger side trim on my unit. It is call beltline trim cover with leg, here is what I ordered. Trim with leg: Vendor Part # DL15019015-G Vendor: Dawn Enterprises i am not positive on the track part number. Dawn Enterprises might be able to get you that information.

I just finished repairing my passenger side beltline and it had butyl tape sealant between the rail and coach.

So I finally have time and hopefully decent weather to start my Beltline Repairs...anyone in the St.louis Missouri Metropolitan area want to join in? The project didn't start off as well as I had hoped. I couldn't get the slide topper off in one piece due to a split/joint in the coach side channel wouldn't allow me to slide it out. I ended up cutting the topper so I will have to replace the fabric now.

Make sure you have a dog leash to use for a strap wrench...fuel filters can be tough on the shoulder of the road...

I would be interested in a couple door trays and a crisper bin.

I am curious if studding the block will allow for room to get the head back on while the engine is still in the chassis?

That is what I thought by looking at the date code. I did not install them as I have only had the coach a few years. They seem to be in decent shape to me.

I am looking to add a air pressure gauge as well. My 04 HR Neptune 36PDQ does not have one and my dash is similar to Rob's

Yes, I have the R4R chassis, the front and rear bags are different. I opted to go the full monty and installed the Source Engineering ride enhancement kit. It came with their specially made airbags ans specific valved shocks. That was a lot of fun in the St. Louis heat and humidity. Jim at Source was a lot of help and he may be able to help you get the original part numbers for the factory bags.

I finally managed to install the REK from Source engineering on my 04 HR Neptune 36PDQ. I have not had a chance to take a shake down cruise yet. But nonetheless, last year I purchased a pair of new front Bilstien shocks. They helped tremendously with the front end porpouising. I only have about 200 miles or so on them and would like to sell them if anyone is interested. The Part number is 24-186582. In addition, I have the stock air bags that I removed available if anyone is looking for used spares. I am not sure if they were original to the coach or not. See attached pics. If anyone is interested please pm me or email me @ rbrodder1@yahoo.com. I would like to get 150.00 for the pair of shocks plus shipping. Not sure if there is a value to the air bags... It appears that you have some form of bulkhead fitting in the bracket that the two run t's are tied into. A brass toothbrush and light cleaning will reveal a lot...and lightly cleaning prior re-terminating (as per vito.a's info above) the lines would be recommended if you try that prior to replacing them.

If those are 1/4" lines, the fitting is called a "Male Run T". They are available at a variety of shops. The one attached is from Grainger., but I have found it much cheaper after the purchase fact from other sources like Fleet Pride. Unfortunately my local auto parts stores looked at me like I had a 3rd eyeball while trying to source locally.

On my 04 Neptune 36PDQ with a 5.9 , both are on the passenger side. One is outside of the frame rail and it has the water separator on it the other on was about 3/4 back of the engine and between the engine and frame rail. I had to be almost directly underneath it before I found it. My coach has a perforated shield that runs from frame rail to frame rail that I had to remove to gain access to the filter.

The PO perforated the trim cover in several places, I am not worried about paint...watertight first then aesthetics. I have looked on line and there are multiple different options. I have tried some of them and they are or were not correct. The upper beltline has the lip for the overlapping of the roof over the side panels. Trying not to make a complete inventory of trim mouldings while attempting to get the correct one. Thanks

Does anyone know what the part number or material number is for the beltline cover is? PO put screws through the cover. I would like to replace the cover when I re-fasten my beltline. Thanks

Thank you for the video, I have worked on parts of my beltline and need to finish the rest this spring/summer. A couple of things that I also did was placed a dab of sealant under the head of each rivet to help reduce the possibility of electrolysis from the dissimilar metals and then filled the heads of the rivets after pulling them to reduce the possibility of water/moisture entering the stem of the rivet. Great job in preserving your coach!

I had a similar experience...put in new batteries thinking that I had weak batteries, wouldn't start...ended up being the manual shut off switch in the battery bay was bad.

Was under my coach yesterday and noticed that the coolant tubes are starting to corrode. I was curious if anyone else has had this issue and did you replace the tubes? If so, I am looking for part numbers, availability and source? Thanks Rich

Make sure the power is off to the lighter prior to attempting to remove it...especially if you need to stick something inside of it to hold it while removing the rear housing.
