Thank you. I misspoke about the remote bring white. It’s black but ALOT smaller. I actually heard from a technician yesterday and he wanted our order # so I’m trying to find the order from over a year ago. I explained the situation and so far I haven’t gotten a clear answer. I think we will just put regulars curtains up!

Our 2004 Windsor MCD shade remote ( original large black one) stopped working so we ordered a replacement. It’s totally different than the original (smaller & white) we followed the instructions but this remote doesn’t seem to be able connect to the shades at all. We contacted MCD many times and they have answered a few times but they never follow up when we tell them it’s still not working. Any suggestions or a better way to fix our shade is appreciated. We are getting ready to leave RV park and all the slides in our motorhome went in like usual except the one on the passenger side, living room. It will go in a few inches but then it stops and we can hear clicking sound when slide button is pressed but nothing happens. Any suggestions appreciated.

We did thank the one person that we started with, Tom. He was very specific, helpful and patient. Yes we were getting a lot of other ideas however I was in the midst of trying to fix our electricity and not reading them. We bi-passed the salesman switch and the problem was solved. Thank you for your help.

We have a 2004 Windsor and the electric has turned off three times while hooked up to shore power. Twice we were able to turn it back on with the salesman switch but this time that didn’t work. We checked to make sure connection to shore power wasn’t the issue.
