Installed Ugly fix last week before a trip from Pensacola to Ocala. Approx. 400 miles each way. Typical Florida heat mid 90s, ran on the interstate about 70-73 mph the whole way. Engine temp stayed around 191 to 193. That is a good 10 degrees cooler if not 15. I could not tell a huge difference in throttle response, at the end of the day its a 44' long rig and weighs over 50k. I am very pleased so far. I thought I would share my results. 2004 Sig Conquest

Driver side is getting 5.4 v passenger side is 0. Found the wire diagram in the file section yesterday, downloaded it and printed. Should be able to dig further today. The relays are solider in place on the board in the front run bay. What is the deal with that? Seems like its going to be a total pia to find replacements if that is indeed the problem.

Once they did not come on, I unhooked the plug and used a meter to test them. I am getting 0.0 at the plug.

2004 Sig conquest In my search to figure out a better headlight situation, I have bought a set of led bulbs to replace the old halogen bulbs in my fog lights. It took some minor fabrication to get everything to fit and line up just right. Well when the moment of truth came and I tried to turn them on, nothing! So I started looking around and testing, unplugged the new light and tested for power, zero. Went to front electrical bay, the fog light power light is on, the other fog light lights are also on, and the 15amp fuse is good. Went to the console and took it apart, checked the switch it had power, swapped that switch for another that was the same and nothing, no power to the light. I know the headlight have to be on in the low beam setting and the ignition must be on, is there something that I am missing? I feel like I have a lighting gremlin on the coach, the dock lights come on when you turn the headlights on also.

PTO runs the hydro pump. That is is used to run the large fan on the radiators.

So after 2 months of dealing with this leaking pto problem I am still dealing with it. Picked up coach, new to me, drove it home through the night. Next day notice oil grim covering the back of the coach. Start it up and see a small drip (very small). Figure out its the PTO, pull it off and send it to be rebuilt. Once they get it we have a few more delays and blah blah blah they call me and start asking the history. Well one of the previous owners converted the greaseable shaft to a wet kit, and they did a poor job. They used plugs to seal up some of the holes and a few other things. Anyway it was going to be another 5 weeks after the 7 I had already waited for the right parts to come in to make the wet kit work. He said they could turn it back to a grease set up and have it out the next day. So I said yes, we do not full time and the coach will be lucky to see 3k or 5k miles a year. So hitting it with a pump or grease every 40 hours of use is no big deal to me. Got the pto back yesterday, got it mounted back on, snugged everything up and fired her up. Had a very small seep. Shut it down and went around the 8 bolts again and 3 of them took another half a turn. Got back around to the top and was on the last one when I heard the pop. I looked under it and it cracked at the flange, so small seep turned into big seep. Took it to a local hydro shop, they feel like they can take it apart and braze it back up. I went a got a new metal gasket, I had reused the old one, not sure if that was part of the problem or not. Anyway fingers crossed that it can be repaired, if not I will be on the hunt for a 267 pto.

I am thinking about running the Blue fire app, I have a brand new pressure pro kit that has never been open with 12 sensors. I wasn't crazy about it being app based but now that I have found the bluefire it is starting to sound like a good idea bc the pressure pro is supported by bluefire. My question is for those of you who are using a tablet, where did you mount it, how did you mount it and are you happy with it? Pictures would be very helpful
