  1. If the brake shoes were damp when you originally parked it they may have rusted to the drums. This is a very common occurrence. You should be able to insert a small pry bar to break the shoes loose. Make sure the wheels are chocked and checked all wheels. This happened to me a few years ago, upon applying extra throttle the rear end gave out, very expensive lesson learned.
  2. I highly recommend ShadePro, they’re in SoCal and deliver anywhere. Check their website for all the details.
  3. I replaced mine back in 2018, it looks the same as yours. Ordered on Amazon, Carefree R001189 over the door awning motor.
  4. Remove the tile as I suggested and clean up underneath. Then temporarily glue the same piece back in.
  5. I would remove the 1/4 round trim at the bottom of the cabinet and then cut/break the tile off. This will allow you to see underneath and determine if water has damaged the subfloor. If not, cut a piece to match, install and replace 1/4 round to cover the joint.
  6. We use the Burglabar lock, simple, cheap, and effective. Check it on Amazon.
  7. I installed 2 Leviton brand USB receptacles and they’re operating fine. We have our phones and iPads plugged in daily.
  8. There are 2 breakers on the Magnum, microwave and bathroom/kitchen, have you checked them, they are push to reset breakers?
  9. I have a second switch in the wet bay for storage bay lights, but either switch should turn them off.
  10. Did you check the pop out breakers on the inverter? Also check the GFI receptacle in the bathroom.
  11. Bob, I have 2 of those lights I’d be willing to part with if you’re interested. I removed the head banger TV cabinet.
  12. At the risk of beating a dead horse here, the green indicator light on with NO power at the receptacle indicates line load reversal, according to the Leviton patented smart technology. If wired correctly green light indicates power available. Is it possible you have the wrong neutral on the line terminal?
  13. Ron, there is a small notch on the side of the taillight, this is where you insert something and pry the light out. Be careful not to scratch the paint. The entire assembly will pop out and you can access the bulbs.
  14. Bill, you stated several outlets in the bedroom go dead when the gfci outlet trips. This indicates those receptacles are on the load side of the gfci plug. There is no need for those receptacles to be gfci protected. I would simply move the wires that feed those receptacles to the line side of the gfci receptacle, you’ll see the screws in the gfci marked line & load. Anything on the load side will be gfci protected while anything connected to the line side will be protected by the breaker feeding the circuit, which is not sensitive to minor current loss to ground.
