  1. I have the same engine, and the same year. I took my turbo off this winter to have it looks over. My variable vane was very sticky. I would suggest calling Fair Valley Performance in Sauk City, WI. 608-643-0200. They will be happy to ck it over for you. That is not a cheap turbo, so having yours run through the shop would be a good thing. I run Cen-Pe-Co Diesel Max fuel additive all the time as well now and you will pick up a very small amount of HP and fuel mileage. But more importantly will lube the pintel in the injectior and have a cleaner burn and less carbon to make the vane stick. 2005 Monaco Dynasty Diamond IV.
  2. I would love to buy it and try and start over. What is the buy out? Bradkruchten@gmail.com
  3. I cut the end off mind and welded a new one on. Worked out well.
  4. I have done that before. Samsung RF18 almost perfect If you prefer the NorCold. I have a almost brand new one I would remove from mine and sell you. $1500.00. I will do the residential one in this coach too. I do not Boone dock very often.
  5. Not a bad job to fix. I did my 2005 Monaco Dynasty Diamond IV. Ck out AZ Expert on YouTube. He has a step by step video.
  6. My coach and most of that vintage have at least 1 conduit with nothing in it running from just in front of drive axle to the front axle. Then the wires can be protected with ease. I took the time to install a EGT sensor at the same time.
  7. I just installed a brake controller in my 2005. go back to your plug, and I will bet the blue wire is about 10" long and cut off. You will need to then run one from there to the front.
  8. I have a 2005 Monaco Dynasty Diamond IV. ISL 400 I just installed an EGT last week before the turbo. I also installed a Steinbauer module. Your Temps are exactly the same as mine. And I was worried. (My last C7 Cat never went past 1200) I then unhooked the Steinbauer module and the Temps were unchanged. So... I hooked it back up. I do also have a new MBRP quite diesel performance exhaust, so there is no back pressure. It seems to me that the Cummins ISL I have runs in the same Temps you are seeing is normal. I just put on 700 miles in light mountain grades and never went past 1375. Warm I think... but from what I see and hear that is normal.
  9. Mine are right on the A/C compressor.
  10. I see both side. I do not camp in cold weather.
  11. I left my back vent and rough vent open to allow convection circulation. Plus the bottom And top of the fridge is open as well just like it would be in a house.
  12. A bent strip of B2 stainless. Looks factory.
  13. I just Bought a 2005 Monaco Dynasty Diamond IV. It appears the Radiator fan runs all the time. Is there a test Procedure for the module? Or... just pitch it and go with a wax valve?
  14. Does anyone have the part numbers for the air springs for a S series Chassis? I have a 2005 Monaco Dynasty IV.
