This is a little off subject, but I was wondering if the fire danger on these units is the same when using AC instead of the propane? If the hydrogen leaks out, there may be a less chance of ignition without the propane flame. Also, how does the cost of the compressor for the Norcold compair to a residential unit swap out?

Some people put a golf tee under the auxiliary start button to connect the house and chassis batteries to charge both. However with enough time the selonid will burn out.

Don't know about your rig but on my 2001 HR Endeavor they are not charged by my inverter/charger from shore power. Monoco did this in the early 2000's, don't know why. I use a trickle charger on my chassis batteries.

Rear radiator removal

I have seen some threads on irv2 about the radiator being heavy. I guess it's jump in and hang on. I will try to post procedures. -
I have a 2001 Endeavor RR8R Cummins ISC 8.3 330 HP. Does anyone know how to go about removing the CAC and radiator to get to the engine for a good inspection and cleaning?
