  1. Hi guys, Please be reminded that if you have “top up” the fluid it means you have a leaking wheel seal which could be contaminating the brakes. (Unless it’s leaking to the outside which would be quite obvious.) Gear oil doesn’t evaporate. Monaco service interval for steer axle bearings (grease) is 50,000 miles, so once you service them you can basically forget about it for a few years in most cases. Just my 2 cents.
  2. Agree with Jdw12345, get it repaired soonish as you will be able to reuse your brake shoes which are not yet contaminated with oil. It’s a simple job. A truck shop or a mobile truck mechanic is your best bet.
  3. Is there a way to check their operation?
  4. Hi there, Working on my 2011 Monaco Dynasty electric step control. The step will not retract with ignition off and door closed regardless of switch position. I can get the step to retract with ignition off then applying a magnet to the sensors on the door frame THEN turning on door switch to the retract position, however if turn the switch on then apply the magnet ( or close the door ) the step will not retract. I believe the switch and the power to be working correctly as the interior step lights are functioning correctly. Any ideas? Thank you Mike Tolmie
  5. I have installed this gauge in my last two motorhome. Pretty straightforward to install and works well.
  6. I did try for a direct replacement but “supply chain issues” made it unavailable before a planned trip so I opted for what was available and would fit. I didn’t remove the original muffler mounts so it would be easy to change back if I decide to.
  7. I replaced the muffler on my ‘11 Dynasty with Aero turbine 5050xl. I used an MBRP tip to extend the tailpipe. It is pretty easy to do, maybe 2-3 hours. I think it’s OK, I stay off the Jake in the quiet zones.
  8. Hello, I have a 2011 Dynasty Regal IV with a heated tile floor. The living area heating is not working. I have new thermostat and have checked for resistance in the wiring. There is none. My question is about the wire routing. I see where the power disappears under the tile directly below the thermostat, but I am wondering if there is and junction box somewhere where the power connects to the heating pads or are the connection just buried in the floor? I know - it’s a long shot but I thought it wouldn’t hurt to ask before I contemplate the “fix”. Thanks in advance. Mike
