    Darren,
The Hydraulic motor and Hydraulic Reservoir Tank  and Solenoids are one unit and in your coach will be located under the Entry Step. To access the pump and reservoir assembly you have to lift the step cover and remove the cover/storage in the step.
There is a fill cap on the reservoir. Check the fluid level with all the slides in. If you are having and issue with only one slide then more than likely one of the solenoids has failed or is failing. There is no pressure regulator in the HWH system, all slide-outs are controlled by the solenoids, there is a high pressure switch that locks the slide out in with hydraulic pressure.
The solenoids are easy to change, it is just difficult because of the location of the hydraulic pump assembly.
Your HWH Operating Manual has a trouble shooting section and also shows you how to replace the solenoids. If you do not have a Manual you can download one off the Internet or we may have the Manual in our files.
  2. David Pratt's post in Aquajet ARV 55 series pressure switch diaphram was marked as the answer
The new Remco-Aquajet 55RV water pump can still be adjusted. When you are looking at the head of the pump-(refer to pictures in prior post), The flat cover on the lower left of the head is the pressure switch and the Switch cover with the wires connected to it on the right of the head is the cut off switch. They both have an Allen screw for adjustment. The left one is 3/32" hex and the right one is 1/16". The older pumps had the electronics mounted on the head of the pump. in the later pumps they moved the electronics under the pump and sealed it with a gasket and cover plate. TOn the new Aquatec pumps the electronics are still mounted under the motor, but are sealed in Epoxy.
There is no electronics in the head, the switch that has the wires connected to it is just a micro-switch to turn on and shut off the motor.
The post from Tom Cherry with the instructions to adjust the pump to stop it from pulsing is the same with the new pumps. Remco seals the Allen adjusting screws with RTV. Just pick the RTV out to adjust. I have replaced at least four Water Pumps with the Aquajet 55RV and have had to adjust everyone after installation.
I am attaching a Drawing of the mounting pad I designed to mount my Water Pump. It will eliminate almost all the noise from the pump. Make sure when you install the pump that you install flexible looped water lines to and from the pump. The installation of the coiled flex line will help eliminate the Hammering.
I have also included pictures of the Water Pump Installation in our coach.

  3. David Pratt's post in Watts link on 2008 Dynasty - aftermarket bracket issues & information needed was marked as the answer
The previous owner installed the Watts Link to correct the wandering of the Roadmaster chassis. It is not broken, what has happened is the Bolt  loosened and dropped allowing the bushing in the center of the bell crank to fall out. Contact Mike Hughes at monacowatts.com and tell him you need the hardware to re-attach the Bell crank to the center bracket. The center bracket is the plate that is horizontal and welded to the to vertical braces for the generator and has the bolt hole in the center. Maybe Van Will will chime in as he was the designer of the Watts Link.
  4. David Pratt's post in Coolant Level Sensor Wicks Down To ECU Per Mike Canter 2-04-14 IRV Monaco Owner Forum was marked as the answer
Monaco issued a Technical Service Letter, <T.S.I. 161>, 09/12/2006 about this issue. The TSI effected all 2003 - 2007 Executives, Signatures, Marquis and Navigator Coaches.
The T.S.I. was an URGENT Notification and needed to be done ASAP. The service letter was for the inspection and/or replacement of the Overflow Reservoir Coolant Sensor. The OEM sensor was manufactured with a plastic body and was leaking coolant from the tank the sensor and the coolant was Wicking down the wiring harness to the engine control module,<ECM>. The T.S.I. Procedure was to inspect and if the sensor was Plastic to replace the sensor.
The Inspection was to unplug the harness from the sensor and if there was any wetness or signs of coolant in the plug to replace it immediately.
If there is moisture or coolant present on the plug the procedure was to remove the harness from the engine ECU and check for any moisture or coolant in the plug. If there was any moisture present it was recommended that the Harness be replaced. There is an alternate method of removing the coolant from the harness if you have moisture present on either plug.
The replacement Detroit Part Number is 23520380.
Monaco Corp also issued a 2006 Service Bulletin for all 2004-2007 Monaco Brand coaches with the DD60 for reprogramming the Engine ECU.
I have attached a copy of both.
