  1. That is great. If I’m reading that correctly the tire needs 15” to turn all the way out. I don’t have that much room. I will have to let it back down and back it straight out of garage and jack it up in the yard. Thank you!!
  2. I’m not worried about hitting the wall but I need to be able to get full turn to correctly set poppet valves
  3. This may sound like a strange request. I have installed a new steering box/gear and I jacked the front wheels off the ground to set the poppet valve limits before I move it or use it at all. In order to do it I need to turn the wheels all the way to the left and then all the way to the right. My garage is tight and on left side my wheel is 13.5” from the wall. Does anyone know if that is enough room to turn the wheel all the way to the left side?
  4. I tried this on one of the bolts- it didn’t seem to move it, but when I tried again with wrench and another wrench for leverage I got it loose so I think it did move it just enough. Thanks On the bolt closest to the front I was able to open generator door and get a wrench on it with room for a pipe over it and got it loose. Thanks!!
  5. 2002 Diplomat PBT. Furnace has never worked since I have owned the coach. I have a thermostat that controls both ac units and one of them can be set for furnace. My question is how can I check the furnace to see if it is the furnace control board or my thermostat/ac controls that are bad? Or can I bypass those controls with some new wiring and try to turn the furnace on to see if it works? thanks
  6. I Agree the small entry awning won’t blow away but to me it is too small to be of any value. Even in light rains it does very little to keep things dry around the door. It would be nice to have the door covered with the ease of an electric awning that I can also put up very easily
  7. 2002 Diplomat 38’. I am looking to upgrade my manual awning to electric. My tube is bent so I’m doing a full replacement. I was wondering if anyone has removed the small door awning and put a large awning on their rig that covers their door as well? What brand electric awning do you recommend? thanks for any help Robert
  8. Thanks to all for sharing. I am going to go with the floor jack and 4x4 post and I will let you know how that goes
  9. I am trying to remove the 3 bolts that hold the steering box (1 5/16 bolts). My generator doesn’t slide out so I can’t get a breaker bar on the nut side of the upper 2 bolts (I already got the lower bolt loose w/ breaker bar on the nut) and I’ve pulled with everything I have to break them loose from the bolt side and I can’t get them loose. I need some help from someone who has done this before. Thank you for any help, suggestions you can offer
  10. Washer/drier combo worked great and then it just quit spinning. Anyone ever have and fix this problem?
  11. Mine quit spinning or agitating. Where did you buy it and how much?
  12. Gary, did you sell it yet? If not I would like to buy it
