  2. I would use POR 15 product to paint those . I also would use 11r 22.5, H, on the drive and tag. Same diameter as 295's and will be more than adequate for the weight . They are rated greater than the axle rated carrying capacity and save big $$$'s over 295's. Truckers use them on trailers for that reason. You want a better ride, then use larger tires. Local Truck tire distributor has been selling Kumho for 18 years, Never had a warranty claim for tire MFG. failure.

A resonator would be a good choice, less back pressure, not much change dB rating. Lots of trucks have one inside their exhaust stacks. Its logarithmic scale is convenient to represent the entire range of human hearing.

  12. I removed the accumulator tank and replaced it with a 12" loop of water line. Worked great 10 years full timing. 3.1416 X 12= length required. No pulsing or pump damage.

  20. Put the tube of caulk in a bucket of HOT water for a bit. It's sooooo much easier to apply and work with. I put the caulk tube in the gun, hang over the top of and in the bucket.
  21. Wonder if the magnetic discs on the Genny slide frame are loosing effectiveness? They open/close the circuit to keep it in.
