I had a similar problem. Check the shear pin on the forward end of the shaft. I one was broken on my Windsor. I replaced it with a 1/4 inch grade 8 bolt of the proper length. You need to make sure the slide is straight/even end to end so it doesn’t rack in the opening. good luck

FishAR, I had a 05 Windsor, one step up from the Camelot, that had the same problem. I installed a trick l start which robs voltage from house batts while they are charged or charging and deposits voltage in the chassis batteries. It’s easy to install in the RRB and is smart enough to wait until the house batts are charged so you don’t nd up with both batteries run down. Duncan H 2014 Entegra Anthem

Bob and Richard, thanks for the ideas. I was thinking of hanging it from a string with a toy mouse attached and the cat could keep playing with the mouse thus moving the Mobley. Woody, good idea, but I don’t know if I have that much JD 🥃 Duncan

Richard, my version is the same as yours, VM6200 V1.0.3. I looked in settings there is nothing for setting time outs. All I have to do is shake the Mobley or wake it up. But of course when you are in the middle of something it is a PIA when it goes to sleep o you duncan Rick Thanks for the info. I finally found the “power save” location in settings. It now gives me half hour intervals up to 2 hours. No option to leave it on indefinitely don’t know if I can get t back. I’m sure ATT won’t be of any help. It has worked great for all the time we’ve had it. Trying to think of a device to shake it very hour or so while we are stationary to make it think we’re still on the road. Maybe one of those things that keep self winding watches running while not being worn, like Rolex (and no, I don’t have one of those) 😊. Duncan

on the road tod@y for 3 1/2 hours listening to XM from my phone on Mobley for wifi and it stayed hot the whole trip. The , about half an hour after stopping, it shut down. So while driving, it works (plugged into an ac adaptor). But when not 8n motion, it shuts down. Not able to set time out. Kind of a pain to keep resetting it while parked. any ideas? Thanks Duncan H

We have had our Mobley for around 7 years without a problem. We leave it on 24/7 in the coach even when not using the coach. Just recently, itt has been shutting down after about 30 minutes or so. I have to unplug and reinstall then it works fine for another half hour + or - . I had named it when we first got it , also changed the PW. I noticed several days ago that when I went to wifi on my iPad, the Mobley was listed as Mobleyxxxx and it reverted to the original password. I was able to rename it back to how I had it and reset the password. But, the dang still shuts down. I know that the new devices have a auto shut down if the vehicle is not in motion. I understand that is so people like us don’t use it in a stationary vehicle. has anyone had this problem and of what is your work around? thanks Duncan H. 2014 Entegra Anthem former 2005 Windsor

Dennis, I think Jetty Park is to the e south of Cape Canaveral along the space coast about midway down the Atlantic coast of Florida. It’s a great place to watch rocket launches. Laurice, years ago, while I lived I Florida, I had Lazy Days install my XM antenna because I didn’t want to drill a hole in the roof of my 05 Windsor, Well, some time later while up behind the TV, I realized that when they installed the antenna, they just used silicone sealer to attach it to the inside of the fiberglass Cap behind the clearance lights. I used Dazzling Details 6 or 7 years ago to remove and replace the film on the front of my 05 Windsor. They came to Melbourne and did the job in one day.
