Some of the work I have done to this coach in the past few years includes:

* Replace all Airbags (air ride system on coach)
* Replaced all the Bilstein Shocks with new ones.
* Rebuilt and/or replaced every brake caliper.
* Replaced several rotors and machined remainder to clean manufacturers specs.
* All new brake pads all around
* Had ride height set to factory specs.
* (8) New Toyo Tires in August of 2020
* Reupholstered all furniture inside except the recliner.
* New Custom Made Duvet for Master Bed ($1k)
* Rebuilt Exhaust Brake Controls
* Installed new cooling system on the Norcold Refrigerator
* Installed (2) new Roof Air Conditioners under my ownership in Sept 2019 and previous Owner replaced other one before putting into storage.
* Generator has a brand new electrical side installed and Cummings of Tulsa is just finishing up the engine rebuild, so Gen Set will be like brand new again. (We got caught in the hurricane that hit New Jersey and Pa in August 3rd and in an effort to keep from getting blown over, I pointed the front of the coach into the wind while gen set was running, and water got blown into Brushes and Rings and shorted out the armature.  I took the coach to Cummings of Tulsa to replace the complete electrical side and rebuild the three cylinder Yanmar Diesel Engine as well to keep it reliable for years to come.  This work will be complete next week.

When u look at the brochure, my layout is the 43 Caesar SO. The description of the coach is listed as a 43’ Monaco Signature Series - Caesar Version with 500 HP Cummings and Allison Automatic Transmission

I have the original manuals and paperwork showing the MSRP of $427,000. Located in Tulsa, Ok and offered for sale at $70,000 That’s almost $30k under NADA’s average retail value. Please either contact me at rcdresser@cox.net or text me at (918) 261-2661

Thank you in advance for looking at our coach. We hate to sell it but my health issues require it.
