Bob Nodine
I looked at the latest parts list and did not see any entries for a parking brake release valve. Ours is leaking and will diapate all the air in about 8 hours. This is not surprising because we have over a 112,000 miles on the coach. Wonder if anyone knows a good part number for this valve. I guess when we get to Lazydays I will remove it and see if I can purchase one.
Highwayman
Findmyrvparts.com has listings for the brake valves about $50. or $60. You can search by make and model for Monaco parts.

daveyjo
Are you sure it is the valve? My coach leaks down in probably less than 8 hours. I have replaced a lot of air fittings in the past due to air leaks. (Have replaced the valve, too.)

Dave, since I can sit in the drivers seat and hear it leak air and then move it around to slow the leak to the point I can't hear it I think it is a bad valve. I have over 100,000 miles in the seat of this coach and that valve has been cycled quite a few times. See you at the Gathering. Steven P
Bob, When I changed out my park break sensor I had a small leak until I got it tight enough and it quit. Like mine, yours may just need some tightening due to vibrations. https://shop.findmyrvparts.com/monaco-rv-pressure-switch-park-brake-SM1C66RWP28-p/190050.htm

I plan to pull the valve when we get to the Gathering and should be able to tell what it is. See you there. Thanks
Sjholt12
I replaced mine (Haldex KN20031) 3 times in 198750 miles and it is due again. They wear out.
CTerry
Mine was doing the same thing on our trip from picking up our motorhome when it was new. Removed it and took it to our local Peterbilt dealer. They did not have one that was as cheap as the Monaco part but had an exact fit of much better quality. I am sure any truck parts p;ace could replace that valve. Happycarz
Bob, you are good at taking things apart. Maybe you could replace the O ring in the stem. There must be a reason the Haldex KN20031 comes with a spare O ring. Mine will hiss sometimes when applying the parking brake. I twist it a bit and it stops. As soon as it gets to the top of my list, I’ll address it. Meanwhile lead the way and let us know how it works out. If it doesn’t, shop the above number for the replacement. https://vanhorntruckparts.com/pp-1-style-dash-valve-plastic-170-kn20031.html?gclid=EAIaIQobChMIxdmpjaWlgAMVwAytBh0KGwauEAQYAyABEgITBvD_BwE https://www.finditparts.com/products/368639/haldex-kn20031?srcid=CHL01SCL010-Npla-Dmdt-Gusa-Svbr-Mmuu-K368639-L134&srcid=CHL01SCL010&gclid=EAIaIQobChMIxdmpjaWlgAMVwAytBh0KGwauEAQYASABEgKkW_D_BwE
