Checked rear thermostat and zone 1 is fine. zone 2 does not come on. What do I do to get it to communicate? Showing a blank screen for zone 2. ncjimgr Posted February 1, 2020 Share Posted February 1, 2020 Look at your data line connection (looks like a telephone landline cord) and be sure it is connected to the A/C unit properly. You will have to remove the filter housing on the bottom of the A/C unit. You will then see the date line connection. Be sure it is snapped in correctly to the small data junction box.
