Shortly after arriving they were out to evaluate the problem. Dick Roberts Posted February 3, 2023 Share Posted February 3, 2023 Took my Diplomat to Cummins Ocala yesterday for oil/filters service. Service manager was awesome, even though he was absolutely swamped with the Regional Call Center making appointments he knew nothing about until they showed up. Like me. He worked me into the schedule and got me out by EOD. Reasonable price for the work, and overnight parking for those who need it. My only complaint is they only work on chassis issues. No coach work, though some Coach Care shops do I hear. Anyone have any experience with the Cummins shops in Summerville or Columbia SC? They're both listed as Coach Cares.
