Replacement back up light for '05 Beaver Patriot

Hi, does anyone know where we can find a replacement back up light for our '05 Beaver, it's a sealed beam rectangular shaped bulb with no numbers of any kind on it.  I've been to auto parts stores and found bulbs of similar size but the glass lense  is too thick not allowing the chrome trim ring that holds the bulb in place to fit.  Thanks for any suggestions, Neil.

Someone on safarifriens.org will have the correct part number for that sealed beam light.

BTW you can slightly enlarge the opening in the chrome ring  to fit one of those "bulbs of similar size",  (with a Dremal tool)
