Since leather and vinyl are my least favorite fabrics for upholstery!! When I need to replace the upholstery, I am going to find a quality grade velour. 2 years ago we purchased a 72: couch from an 1980s Pace Arrow, i think. I reupholstered with marine vinyl that very closely matches the flex steel leather couch but I keep it covered with a sheet bc I hate sticking to it. Also I included another modification Ed made- the electric fireplace complete with marble top.
