Duanebalogh
We have our 2006 excetive Scandia and we have it plug in but on the dash monitor it reads no A/C detected but we know we have power. Could it be the monitor not reading it. Thank you
vito.a
Is it plugged into a 50 amp RV pedestal? I assume by dash monitor you mean the Aladdin system? Check your Magnum inverter remote to see if it is charging your batteries and then try one of your heat pumps or A/C units to check your input power. Then try running your generator to see if the Aladdin display shows A/C input.
Duanebalogh
We did what you said but the "no a/c power" still comes on. Checked everything, could it be a bad monitor.? Our surge guard is on cause the lites are red
vito.a
Did your Aladdin ever show in coming AC power? Ours shows each AC leg separately with volts and amps. Unfortunately the Aladdin system is no longer supported. You could try looking for a bad connection.
Ivylog
Hopefully it’s not a transfer switch problem…the two sensors that feed the monitor are in it. Switching to generator power will not make a difference as the sensors are on the output cables.
Chuck B 2004 Windsor
Why do we have 2 threads going on the same subject?
