Mike and Sherry Wootan
Thanks for allowing us to join the group We have a 2005 Monaco Sig Commander 45, that we just purchased. Our electric shade on the entry door has come loose and sags on one side. How do we repair this? My wife is also concerned about the ability to clean the inside of the shades. Any tips? Chuck B 2004 Windsor
Google RV Window shade repair. You will get a lot of utube sites. You will see it is not a easy repair because you have to restring the shade. Just removing the shade is a challenge. Plus you need to purchase the correct type string for the repair. String that will withstand the daily shade up and down wear.
Ivylog
Guess I wasn’t clear enough having posted how to repair on 12/29. If getting it off is hard, you’re not going to enjoy the repair. https://www.monacoers.org/topic/3681-“the-right-track”-front-shade-repair/#comment-31983 1 hour ago, Bobsteid said: Shade pro will replace them It an electric Right Track shade.
