Roof Tapes Eternabond vs XFasten

Recommended Posts

Does anybody have any experience with XFasten RV roof tape? I’ve used Eternabond and it’s really good but sometimes it’s good to look at alternatives to keep the market competitive. It’s cheaper and they class it as “industrial grade”.

Rick, your point is well noted. It is always good to have more than one choice for quality products. I had never heard of XFasten RV roof tape until your post. I re-taped my entire roof seams when updating my roof two years ago so I have no immediate need, however, If you take the plunge with XFasten I would certainly be interested to hear your review of how well it works compared to Eternabond.

Just ordered 4”x 50’ for Can$37 free shipping to test it out. That’s pretty cheap!
When it gets it, I’ll stick a piece to a blanket and test the saying. Hahaha.
