This sounds like a really good time.  So many items listed that I would love to discuss with all the experts.
Would I able to bring my children along with me? Two girls, 6 & 9. Coming from Canada, so couldn’t really justify our first long trip in our motorhome to Florida without bringing the kiddos along.
Also, if the border happens to close up again or something, I would assume this is non refundable?

There are a lot of fun things to do with the kids in and around Tampa (Busch Gardens, beaches, etc.), and the weather is usually really nice! There's an indoor pool and a playground at Lazydays right next to the conference room. I'll defer to @David Pratt, but I think we could work out the girls joining us for meals (I suspect they'd be bored to tears at the sessions. 🤣).

Because we are inside the 30-day window, unfortunately it is non-refundable (for everyone) at this point. In earlier times, as a Georgia resident I would have made a joke about the Georgia-Florida border closing, but since that happened during the pandemic for a while, it's not as funny as it once was...

Are these events always held in Florida or on the east coast?

Typically yes.  It's been held at Lazydays just outside of Tampa, FL, since the inception.  We have had smaller Gatherings - one in Mississippi at the casinos south of Memphis (Tunica), and one out west, but they were before my time, so I don't have much info about them.

We would need someone who lives in the area to step up and put it together with local vendors as speakers if we were to have one in another part of the country.  Dave Pratt lives in Central Florida, and most of the vendors who come speak are from the Central Florida area.

There's always been interest in having it in other parts of the country, but only a few times have we had someone step up and organize one.

If anyone is interested in putting together a Monacoers' Gathering in another part of the country, please reach out to @David Pratt or myself to discuss it.

Scotty,  how many and what type of vendors participate?  Who provides the food for the meals listed in the agenda?

The vendors speaking at the seminars are listed on the agenda above.

The food is all provided by Lazydays and is included in the registration fee.

Brad, do we have to do a PCR test when returning back to Canada?

Your children are more than welcomed to attend the seminars and the evening meals. When you Register for the Gathering follow the instructions above for registering and tell the Clerk you will have two other guests for the evening meals. The charge for the meals is $94.48 per person and the seminars are included. This is important so that we have the proper headcount for the evening meals and we do not run out of food.

Hi all. We unfortunately found out we could go to late to get a spot Lazydays. Am on their list should there be a cancelation. If anyone planing to go has to cancel please let me know. We are already in the area.

If you are already staying in a RV Park in the Tampa Area and you want to participate, you can still attend the Seminars and the evening meals. The evening meals are $94.48 per person and include the seminars. You must make reservations through Lazydays. Tell them that you are with the Monacoers and that you will be attending the Seminars and Evening Meals only if a Site at Lazydays is not available. Again it is important to follow these instructions so we have an accurate head count for the evening meals.

I have spoke with Lazydays RV Resort and they do have sites available for the Gathering. If you are still wanting to come, call Lazydays RV Resort and ask for Melissa Warren. Melissa is our event coordinator and she will take care of you and take your reservation.

Edit:

I talked to Melissa, she was able to cancel & arrange a refund.

Very good service!

I am going to call her this morning, unfortunately I have a surgery date I have been waiting for since December. If someone wants my spot, it will be available.

I also want to let the group know we will not be attending.

Is it possible there will be a bulletin board there for attendees to list any items or components for sale at the rally.  I seem to remember this from previous rally's

Gary M 09 Dynasty

Yes, we will have a swap shop set up. I’ll see about a bulletin board to post items on.

Scotty, Gary

In the Gathering Schedule and Seminar updates and the Final Update I Explained;

We will have a Silent Flea Market during the event for Monaco parts and other RV related items.  Please complete the form you receive in the goodie bag and post it in the conference room.

There will be a Form included in the Goody Bag and also Extra copies available at the Meet and Greet Dinner and the Evening Meals for the members to fill out with the items they have for sale. We did this at the 2020 Gathering and it appeared to have worked well.

Scotty, great Idea on the Bulletin Board, I will speak with Melissa and see what I can come up with.
