Generator start failure

Hi everyone ! 

I have a 2011 Knight with a 10kw Onan QD. with a Magnum AGS controller. When I use the test function on the AGS it functions normally. When I use either of the 2 manual start switches in the coach the gen starts fine once, then will not start a second time from either one. After that the switch on the gen unit will start it every time, but will give me a config. error code 37. If I unplug the aux. harness from gen. and reconnect it all switches work once, but 2nd attempt creates same problem again. I unplugged the AGS and there was no change in the issue. Any thoughts or insight would be greatly appreciated.
