Gerald H Posted March 1, 2022 Share Posted March 1, 2022 Halon itself was banned in 1994, it may be a version of it but the original was banned for ozone depletion, it was a great fire suppression and I hated to see it taken away, the company I use to work for we had the fedex and ups airplanes covered with it and we started converting them to I think a replacement from Ansul.
