I installed the new oven today. Easy install by one man. Ingenious design for attaching to back wall. Two long angling screws hold the oven. I may add a couple screws on the side, screwed into the cabinet for added support.

But I never had any trouble with the outlet Monaco installed. What are the benefits of installing a real 15 amp outlet?

On a lot of Monaco outlets (if not all) the wires are pinched into their outlet connectors, sort of like those splices you buy in the auto store.  This contact point has resistance.  As the metals heat & contract with current running through them they fatigue and the resistance grows.  More resistance = more heat (W=IR^2) and more fatigue.  If you ever run a space heater or other high current device and get a faint whiff of plastic melting it's probably an outlet.
