Burgboy
So, I've started looking at the jacks. Control panel turns on but it doesnt do anything. No sounds, accessories are on on the dash. Where do I start?
Martinvz
When did you last replace the ATF? It should be every 2 or 3 years. Videos on Youtube explain the process. Check that with the jacks fully retracted that the oil reservoir is full (between 1/2 and 1/4” from the top). If not, add ATF fluid. If you still have a a problem and it is a Power Gear leveling system, call Lippert support (lci1.com). I found them to be very helpful and knowledgeable. bobdinsmore
Check fuse in run compartment under driver. Next see if you’re getting power to the switch connections under the control panel.
cbr046
Or an interlock somewhere. If the engine is running the jacks won't retract. Not sure of other possibles. - bob
waterskier_1
Which model jacks do you have? If HWH, make sure the connector is completely seated. They tend to work loose with gravity. - Rick N
Rikadoo
So i just did a diagnosis on a hwh unit doing the same thing, im waiting on parts but ultamatly what i found is there are two power solinoids mounted to the motor with a band clamp, i followed the power wire going away from them and there was a in line fuse with a 40 amp fuse in it. The fuse holder was all melted and fuse was distorted. Testing shows there was power before the fuse but nothing going out of it, plus when i tried to remove that wire from the solinoid the terminil broke off. HWH still sell parts for there models so now im just waiting on them
cbr046
I'm curious if there's a 40A fuse in that fuse holder. Should have blown the fuse, not melted the holder (poor contact on the fuse will do that too). - bob

Gospel
I am looking for my controller for the hydraulic leveling system, have not found it as of yet, Jack are not and have not been working properly. Where o where might it be, wires from the touch pad and pump etc seem to just disappear into the coach.
StephenW
I have the RVA hydraulic jack system on my 01 Dynasty and the control box is in the drivers armrest with a pile of wires. I have had problems with the controls not working and have had to clean and re-attach connectors.
Martinvz
Burgboy, There have been a number of suggestions but we are all shooting in the dark. Can you please provide more details and pictures of the leveling system control panel and other relevant details?
