What are these called, latch and switch?

The door on my water tank compartment has two latched and one is broken.   I would like to replace the broken latch.   They look like this:

 

 

 

The basement doors have a switch, but some of them are broken.   I would like to replace them, but I don't know what they are called.   They look like this:

The first is a cam latch. Most likely can be found at Southco. The second is a pin switch. Can be found on Amazon and many other places

The latches Monaco used under the bays are commonly referred to as toggle latches.  I have not found the exact ones they used, but here is a link to similar on ebay:

Thanks for the help.   I ordered some of the switches.

I was not sure what the latches were called, but with the suggestions I have found some that are similar but not the exact item.   I will keep looking.

Some Ace stores have the door switches in stock (that’s where I got mine when it died).

It has the snap lock on the release handle to prevent it from opening inadvertently.
