Slide cylinder leaking

I have a slide cylinder with a very slow leak, it is the rear cylinder on the passenger side (sink micro cabinets ). It is inside the arm for extending and retracting, the bottom

of the slide tube is wet with red hyd fluid, I know it's either a seal gone bad a hose or fitting leaking. What I need to know is the procedure to get in to look at it and how does

the cylinder come out. Thank You Guys for any help.
