Winter traveling and hot water heaters

Hi Folks, just a quick question.  Traveling to Florida for holidays and the weather in the Panhandle is going to be in the low 30=20 range.  Can I put water back into my hotwater heater and just keep it on for a week so it doesnt freeze?

If the interior of the coach is heated it doesn't even have to be turned on.
