Sliding Closet Doors

I am trying to remove the bedroom sliding closet doors for better access to the engine through the hatch and can't seem to figure how. I guess I am getting dumber as I age. Any help would be appreciated.

Unfortunately, mine come off without me doing anything if I don't latch them.  I assume from the comment yours aren't like mine and just lift off the track.

Mine has rollers on top and a plastic pin like device that fits into the bottom track.

Lift up the door and move the rollers toward the center of the track.  Then you should be able to lift the bottom of the door toward you.

Some closet doors have a black plastic piece up at top that you have to loosen or remove to lift doors up and off.

The clamshell trim that covers the slide track at the top was preventing me from lifting the door off the track. Was able to after removing the clamshell.
