birdshill123
Our 08 Dynasty has lots of puck lights. Both 3 inch and 5 inch. But they are different than any others I have seen. There is no bezel. They are all plastic and are a squeeze fit. I have one 3 inch that only works sometimes. I do not see any way to get to the inside of the fixture. I have a feeling it is disposable. Tag reads Liteco model 290 10 watt. Throwing out a fixture due to a bad bulb seems wasteful. Any help appreciated.
Solution Dr4Film Posted January 1 Solution Share Posted January 1 Remove the glass lens by rotating it counterclockwise to expose the bulb and recessed fixture. Posting a photo of your specific light fixture would be helpful.
Jdw12345
I might have 5 of those at home, I’ll be there tomorrow if you want me to look for them? Post a picture please. Edited January 1 by Jdw12345

Dr4Film
Is the lens glass or plastic as you stated in your original post?
birdshill123
It is all plastic. Sort of polyethelyne. The housing is one piece. But the lens is glued on. No screws. Edited January 1 by birdshill123
Jdw12345
I think that’s what I have, fwiw.
birdshill123
I was wrong. The lens is glass and it twisted off. The housing is metal. I changed the bulb and all is good. Thanks for the help.
Dr4Film
Thought so! I purchased one this past year on Amazon for $10. I had dropped the lens when removing it from the ceiling and it took a chip out it.

You don't happen to have a product number for that light from Amazon do you?
