For sale: 2000 Monaco Signature 42’ with single kitchen/living room slide. 500HP Cummins with Allison MD 4060 6-speed transmission with electric shifter. 112,000 miles. Package includes a 2014 Jeep Cherokee Limited with 76,000 miles and full flat-tow equipment. Jeep has a $0 deductible extended warranty that is good until 3/9/2026 or 120,000 miles, whichever is first (I will pay the transfer fee). Jeep update: New Big O tires were installed on the Jeep October 2021. Currently about 10,000 miles on them.

The motorhome and Jeep will be available May 1, 2023 after our last trip to Bennett Springs (trout fishing in Missouri). Tow equipment (7,500lb tow bar, Jeep tow plate, auxiliary braking (Patriot II), lighting) are all Blue Ox and the Jeep has had the Mopar flat-tow electronic package installed.

The 500HP Cummins pulls hills easily and the air bag suspension gives a smooth ride. The tag axle adds stability when driving in windy conditions. Set the cruise control and roll. Of course, no 20+ year old motorhome is without flaws. While the paint is in excellent shape there are three places where the clearcoat needs work. On the roof above the windshield, on the passenger side near the rear (about a 1’ x 3’ area), and the upper part of the entry door. See the pictures. The tires were installed new in 2016 (date code August of 2015) and have been covered any time the bus has been parked for more than three days. The sidewalls look like new. I know there is much debate regarding tire age so my plan this year (before we decided to sell) was to replace the two front steer tires because that is where the danger and damage happens from a blow-out. Between the tag axle and the duals on the drive axle, a blow-out in the rear would not have the loss of control and catastrophic damage of a steer tire blow-out. I’ve researched vehicle prices and feel that the package price of $84,000 is very reasonable considering the condition of both vehicles and the pre-installed tow equipment.
