Roadmaster M4R D Chassis Shocks

I have a 2003 Safari Zanzibar, the Roadmaster chassis is a M4R D, I am trying to get front shocks for it. The sites I have been say the chassis doesn’t exist (the vin says it does and the tan on the frame) or I get 2 or three conflicting numbers. Jim at Source Engineering couldn’t help, didn’t have shocks for that chassis.  So if any of you happen to have that model of chassis I would appreciate a part umber for front koni shocks.

If all else fails, you may have to remove one, measure it thoroughly, then talk to Koni to see what they have that matches your dimensions.

I’ve beeen in touch with Koni, they said that if it was same as R4R 

, “here you go”, told them it wasn’t and gave them the measurements (before my request on this and other forums).  Haven’t heard anything back from them, have an engineer at bilstein looking into acted they told me to talk to source engineering and I told them that I had and that source couldn’t help me.

I talked with shockwarehouse, told them what I needed said they would get back to me with a fix, they sent me an INVOICE for a safe steer system.  Never mentioned steering, plus I already have it.
